We come here fairly often and most of the time the staff is friendly. This last time my family and I went the guy that made our pizzas was nice. When I went to pay there was no one there. I stood there waiting for someone to come to the register but the guy who I believe was the shift manager just ignored me. He was passively rude and charged me for a cup when I just wanted it for water. He was throwing attitude and seemed mad or annoyed. Not sure if it was from an incident earlier or if he's just that way all the time. Regardless, I felt very crappy after I left there and all because of that guy. It was a very negative experience and made me feel like I don't want to go there again. read more

MOD Pizza was really good. I haven't been here before but have heard about the quick serve pizzas like this. When I was in line the worker compared this spot to "The Subway of Pizza" where you literally can pick the topping and they somehow cook your ZA in a couple of minutes. I brought the family and everyone was able to order exactly what they wanted, so it's a nice change from trying to get everyone to agree on toppings for a large traditional pizza. read more

came in at 7, this guy in green shirt and glasses took my order, looked mad the whole time, and didn't give me any of the things I wanted on my pizza, just refused to give me extra of any topping I wanted and purposefully gave me less topings than normal. had a horrible experience, would not recommend, horrible customer service. been to many mod pizzas before this is by far the worst one I've ever been to read more

I visited this location 3/29/2024 at 2:00pm. The service was extremely poor. I felt extreme discrimination by the man in all brown as well as the man with blue hair. I thought the vibe would be cool. I told my co worker it's great pizza and vibe in Colorado Springs. After are meeting we decided to stop. Unfortunately it was not anything like COS location. Dirty windows and floors and just flat out rude unprofessional staff. Was not greeted in any manner whatsoever. I was glared at like I was not wanted or welcomed. There is no reason for hate it's sad how bad people discriminate today. I hope this behavior is not something that MOD pizza allows. If so I ask all my LGBTQIA+ family to avoid this company. Outstanding service, operates like a well oiled machine! This location in particular, is terrific every time with consistently great pizza and friendly staff. Additionally, there is always a manager on duty who works like an expediter on takeout orders, greeting customers as they enter and makes sure they get their pizza in a timely manner. MOD Pizza is incredible! For a little less than 8 bucks I get to have my own sizeable pizza with unlimited toppings. I usually pile my pizza up with spinach, lots of meats, diced tomatoes, and their house dairy-free cheese. They even have the option to put bbq sauce on the pizza, which if you haven't tried it, you definitely should. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help if it is your first time. The pizza usually comes out in 5-6 minutes but will depends on how many people are in front of you. I was very pleased with my experience at the Louisville location! I'm sorry to be the active Yelp member who has enjoyed the beautiful pizza-pie fruits of your labor numerous times before writing a review for the one time I received a less than awesome product. I try not to be that person. But not today. Photo proof included of the major goof in my order today. I ordered a Lucy Sunshine pizza (to-go), a unique pie with cheese, artichoke hearts and notable dollops of red sauce on top of it all. My order today was missing the red sauce. To recap - that's crust with cheese and...artichoke hearts. That's it. I'll be honest, without the sauce it's a lack luster pizza, at best. Bummer. We also ordered a caesar salad which normally comes packed to the brim, dressing on the side. Our salad was dressed...and and not just that but DRENCHED in dressing. It was also like, half full. Did we get someone's already dressed, half-eaten leftover salad?! What the heck! Disappointing. As I mentioned, I've enjoyed many meals from your location which were very successful. We eat here probably once a month, and usually are so pleased with our meals. This was disappointing. Next time I guess I need to check a little closer before leaving. read more

Ingredients were fresh, staff was friendly and helpful, and the pizza tasted fantastic! All you do is pick the size and type of crust you want and all the toppings you want come with the price. Fast, tasty and a good value. This is where we took our two year old grand daughter for her first dinner out with us. It was a total success. She ate a 6" pizza, first by eating the small chunks of mild sausage, then the rest of the cheese & pepperoni and finally the crust. She said it was spicy was obviously enjoyed it all. We had the 11" "tyler" with bacon, pineapple, and more. The crust they use is very thin, so you can really taste the toppings. You have the option of editing their toppings at will..they have many to choose from. But with a 2 year old in tow, we were happy to settle with their suggestions. We also shared a Caesar salad. To anybody not from New York, the pizza is amazing. Thin crust and you can pile it up with as many goodies as you want. To New Yorkers, well, it *is* fast casual pizza. Considering that you can cover a pizza worth two meals in premium ingredients, I think the price is a great value. The customer service at this location great. The people are cheery; if any of them was having a bad day, they held it in well. You don't feel awkward the fifth time you ask them to add more roasted peppers. One time, when trying to make a contactless order, their call center failed utterly. When I put on my mask and walked in, the manager was standing there. Happenstance? Or waiting for an upset customer? He listened well and projected sincere empathy. Maybe he'll even report the issue to corporate. Then, to my pleasant surprise, he rang us up and gave us our pizzas and drinks on the house. Apology accepted! I was a regular at this location from February to December 2020. Mod was one of the first restaraunts I saw adapt to the pandemic. IIRC, they had hand-painted signs for contactless pickup shortly after the first Colorado lockdown. I ate dozens of their pizzas and I did not get COVID, so props to their food safety! read more

Fast and one of the best choices for pizza around. Nice thin crust. Don't fall for the "Mega: double crust. It gives you more dough, but it doesn't get crisp and is kind of nasty. I first found MOD back east when i was visiting the DC area. At that time, the toppings were more generous. This time, although not as generous, they were more than ample. I recently moved to the Colorado area after growing up in the northeast. I've had the pleasure of eating really good pizza. I tried both Abo's which was supposed to be New York style, and it wasn't. That was disappointing. Then I decided to try Mod. Mod reminds me of sort of "Chipotle" for pizza. They have many options and customizable pizzas, and they are personal size. Luckily, because they know how overwhelming that can get they have some "classics" that are options already put together you can pick. I did this and went with the Dominick, a white pizza. The pizza was really good, solid crispy, yet chewy crust. Flavor was also good. I'm rating a 3 because it's a pizza I would eat again, but not good enough to crave. You can't go wrong getting a pizza from here though! read more

Fun environment, good pizza, relatively fast service! We came during a snow storm since MOD pizza was one of the few places open and luckily we enjoyed ourselves. It was our first time and the menu was a bit intimidating at first, but fortunately the employees were very helpful! They walked us through some of the customization options, offered recommendations, and were patient with our requests. I had the new Lucia pizza (it's a little spicy but a delicious take on a Margherita pizza!), my wife had a pizza salad (literally a chicken Caesar salad on top of pizza crust) and we shared some cheese sticks and cinnamon squares. One star because the Internet orders trump the customers standing in line. On 8/30 there were 20 people waiting on line and the people at the end of line were placing orders to get their orders in ahead of others. The people who travel to your store and wait in line should always be the priority. Your app developers need to regulate the timing and not allow an Internet order to be picked up in only 15 minutes when your store is slammed already. Update: Admittedly this is a First World Problem: 2 of 3 of our pies came out 15 minutes before the 3rd. Bummer because we wanted to eat together. It turns out, the 3rs pie had another customers name on it. Complete and utter chaos here tonight. You guys need to do a post-mortem because of how many disappointments are happening and the root cause. I feel so bad for your staff. read more
