A couple of the workers were telling him that they lost a friend recently so they dye their hair green as a remembrance of her.. he said that was really cool and told them that we lost a friend also and we had kind of a hard week ourselves I had a single mastectomy on Tuesday. This is another one of those "design your own pizza" places that seem to be all the rage these days, like Pieology, etc. Although I don't have a TON of experience with the concept, I did enjoy this one in particular for their iced tea (delicious!) and for their vegan cheese option. The one problem is their red sauce, which, as it turns out, is *not* vegan. This is a real shame. Red sauce by no means needs parmesan in it, but they add it here for some reason. Why offer vegan cheese if you're not going to have vegan sauce? And why make a traditionally vegan sauce non-vegan? Very odd, and I hope they change this. I will say that I appreciate that the guy taking my order did inform me the sauce was not vegan though. A lot of places won't tell you the truth. I've been to this location in Morgan Hill over a dozen times for some reason they cannot get my mod mini hot. I went in there 7/20/23 and I asked them giving another shot to get my pizza right and of course they failed the employee there told me that that's the way they make mini mod pizzas and I told him I supposed to eat a cold pizza that's what you're telling me pizzas are made cold so I talked to the manager and told her to touch the top of my pizza the toppings were cold she had a bad attitude and said I'm not going to touch your pizza I'm just going to give you another one so I told her no just give me my money back I will no longer ever go back to this MOD Pizza in Morgan Hill garbage read more

I have been to this location twice this week, traveling 10 miles each time from Gilroy. Let me tell you! The first thing I can say is fun. This place is fun! From the moment we (the family) walked in, we had fun. We were greeted by staff who immediately made us feel welcome. The choices for the classic pizzas were on the wall and the also offer a build your own pizza. That is what I opted for! The sun-dried tomatoes were amazing as were all the toppings I chose. My son is a bit picky so it was great that he picked only what he would eat. The prices exceeds great value and we especially loved the crushed ice at the beverage bar! This is my worst Mod location. Today I got a burned pizza completely burned uneatable. The server without any question wanted to serve it. I asked to remake the pizza, however they forgot to remake it. After I asked again they took the order again and made a completely different pizza. Well I went here for lunch and had I great pizza and a even better salad. I've been to the other "Make on Demand" type Pizza parlors and I have to say this is the best of the three. And I really like the other two. What impressed me was that you have more than one size to choose from. They have a greater selecton of pizzas to choose from. I had their "Jasper" pizza which had mushroom with sausage and red sauce and cheese. It was great. The crust was thin and crispy. I also had their salad, which they make to order right in front of you. It a pretty big salad. They are guick and courteous. The owner of this location needs to hire a good manager that manages a good staff that can take orders for food. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Hey slackers! We put in an order thru app. They missed 60% of my toppings! I tried to call them to get a refund, but nobody answered the phone. How convenient! My husband said they weren't busy, it was 9ish pm. My bet is they had already cleaned out part of the topping table for the night and were too lazy to get stuff back out. Whoever owns this business needs to get on their employees. They're not filling orders correctly. They're not answering the phone either. Despite not being busy. The Chicken BBQ was really good. I do wish the BBQ sauce wasn't so sweet like that cheap bbq sauce. But they were really fast with my food and I had time to eat there before heading back to work. I went into mod, off Cochrane in Morgan hill on a Friday night. It was really busy. Like super busy. However, I have been going to mod for years, a few different locations. But this one is my favorite. Even tho it was really busy. The employees were all super helpful, patient with customers. And as always, great customer service. Which is one of my favorite things about this place, the atmosphere it provides. One of the people who really helped me was Ciara. She was very sweet and nice, great smile, and was calm. She didn't make me feel rushed or like I was just another customer, even when it was so busy. I felt welcomed, and her customer service stuck out to me. Went to eat here and the kids were all rude. Pizza only had minimal toppings, and I mean MINIMAL..., all the toppings were in the middle. They weren't serving water of all things and shakes are made behind the counter, and they weren't selling those either "because of Covid" that doesn't even make sense if other places like Baskin Robbins for example, still make shakes.
