Truly fantastic pizza. This is our family's absolute favorite pizza. The regular and small sizes are fantastic options, and it is easy for everyone to get exactly what they want. 90% of the staff are great, although sometimes overworked. My one suggestion is they need to make the ordering process clearer. When they first ask "what would you like?" some employees get annoyed if you say anything other than "build your own", others get annoyed if you don't tell them the sauce and cheese you want, and yet others get annoyed if you don't tell them all of the toppings. But the pizza makes up for those grievences (other than about 5% of the time the pizza is undercooked). read more

In my opinion, the best value is to double the crust and do a build-your-own. It only comes out to about $10 and it is easily shareable with a second person, maybe even a third. My husband and I split one and we were both stuffed to the gills because of the toppings on it. The three stars is because my pizza was undercooked and the cheese was not melted. In fact, the toppings were still cold. I will still go again, but hopefully this feedback will help the guy manning the oven to eyeball the doneness a little bit more. I love the outdoor patio area. I was excited that I was the only person in line when I walked in. I was disappointed when they greeted me by saying that they needed to do six online orders. Then, when it was my turn after the customers who weren't in the restaurant, they whisked my pizzas into the oven without asking if I wanted any spices. Apparently frazzled, they added spices to the center 10% of the pizza. Not impressed with this location. The online orders seemed to take priority over those who walked in. read more

Showed up here ready to eat and the lady taking the orders asked my name wrote Jared so I said no Jerica. She fixed it then wrote this word at the bottom of my paper which to me looks like "PUTO" my pizza got sent down the line and 2 other employees looked at it and asked each other if it said PUTO. I was not rude and for her to write this on my paper is not okay and very unprofessional!!! Maybe next time make sure the CUSTOMER can't understand Spanish. We had two large 'standard' pies that were anything but standard since my kids custom made them with their favorite toppings and they thought it was the best pizza they ever had! Have been to MOD pizza many times near our home so was not expecting to be disappointed when we chose to order a quick pizza after a long drive to our vacation destination . Warning: Most of this review reflects the customer service. 1) first server who takes order and makes salads and gets crust / sauce/ cheese: his hat falls off his dreadlock head of hair onto the salad greens- he proceeds to put it back on and does not try to even remove the first layer of greens where his hat fell on 2) 2nd server who puts on toppings : makes a mistake by putting sausage vs pepperoni - I caught it and alerted him- no apologies but then a 3rd server proceeded to remove the sausage with her hands and out them Back into the sausage bin while he replaced the pepperoni 3) cashier- asked what I ordered then waited for my card without telling me how much I owe or confirming he had the right order 4) last server who hands out cooked pizza to go - when asked for side of arugula- he proceeds to give me a bowl of arugula with no lid when our order is to go. In addition, did not package order it tell us where to get utensil condiments plates and napkins (all missing when we got to hotel). And what pushed me to the edge is writing a negative review is : 5) NO one (not even 1 of all the staff) smiled / said hi/ said bye/ or said thank you . In light of covid -19 I was pretty grossed out and would not return . Not sure of the rules here but Only 1 of the employees wore a mask and they all used 1 glove for multiple tasks and never changed them. read more

Great pizza and salad. Have had two bad experiences recently. First was two weeks ago. Called at 8 pm when close at 10 pm. Would not answer phone. Drove there anyway. Thought was closed as all chairs on top of tables, dark, and floor being mopped. Turned out they were open. Got order but felt odd to be eating in store as if it was closed. Tonight called again. Pizza was cold by the time we could eat it. Their soda machine needed to be changed. I left my purse in the car since it was a takeout order. Instead of just giving me a bottled soda (20 cents difference) they made me sit and wait. Still couldn't get it to work. Pizza was cold by the time we got to it. The worst Mod Pizza over EVER been to. And I've been to probably close to 10 locations! I was there during a moderate midweek dinner rush. I literally stood in line (with only one small group ahead of me) for 20 minutes! At one point, there were 4 employees standing at the pizza making counter, two of them doing nothing. A line of 8 people formed behind me. The oven person was so busy trying to help everyone else, half the pizzas that came out had formed huge bubbles in the crusts, pushing all the ingredients to the sides. We loved seeing MOD Pizza in Park City and had a great experience. Service was fast and friendly. Not sure if he was the manager or shift manager but he took incredible care of us. Was so fun to order with, he piled toppings on high, never flinching when asked for a little more and even offered an extra scoop of strawberries on the salad. First thing we noticed was how dirty their kitchen floor was, and it didn't get better. We decided to sit outside and none of the tables seemed to be wiped at all, and if it was it looked like it was just wiped with water and left to leave water marks. Our food was subpar as one of our crusts was burnt. The worst part of it all was their bathroom. It had looked as if no one from the staff had checked in on it all day. I went to wash my hands and noticed their was feces smeared all around the rim of the toilet and pee on the ground. Not too bad. But after I washed my hands and went to dry off my hands I noticed their was a soiled pair of boxers (with a gift still in them) sitting on top of the garbage can. Disgusted. Best place in Park City to cure a pizza craving! Everywhere else is overpriced for average pizza but this place is cheap, fresh and unlimited toppings! The staff was very welcoming and after going a few times knew our orders and first names! One employee in particular, Rafa, always goes above and beyond to make our experience great. Instead of having your employees wearing "morality slogans" on their tee-shirts, you train them basic sanitary procedures. The girl on the pizza line was touching her gloved hands on her nose (not under a mask) and also her mouth area. Then asked what I wanted on my pizza. Yuck! The tables were spaced out, but no one came and cleaned them between customers. Probably the most germ ridden area is where people eat and touch the table with their hands and utensils. If you really care about your customers , loose the annoying T -shirts and invest in some bleach and clean rags to keep the tables clean and teach you staff basic common cross contamination procedures! read more

First time to Mod pizza and it was a little meh. The line was long but not crazy and it took 20 minutes just to order. Once they took my order it was pretty quick. The pizza was sloppily put together and cooked. You could see where they made a rather large miskate trying to put it into the oven. The staff was indifferent. This is a genius pizza place. They charge for the size of pizza and you can add any and all toppings you wish. And their options for topping are pretty vast. We are vegan so we're usually left with the bare minimum of choices for things like this. But I got all sorts of things like artichokes, asparagus, roasted broccoli, onion, pepper, roasted garlic, basil... etc. plenty of things to make a pizza just the way you want it even when you don't eat half of the stuff they have to offer. Also, I HATE almost all vegan cheese, but Mod's vegan cheese wasn't actually repulsive and I had them sprinkle a lite layer on my pizza. The brunette in Colorado hat took 5 minutes to acknowledge us and after communicating w her I almost wished I never had.
