Wry disappointed. Ordered delivery. They forgot to include dressing for the salad. The gluten-free crust was seriously undercooked to the point of being doughy. They were very stingy with the toppings. Ordered 12" with spinach, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, tomatoes. Several pieces had no spinach or artichoke hearts at all. Some pieces had no toppings at all other than cheese. Couldn't really tell if there was marinara. Sort of looked like a very thin layer but completely tasteless. This is a wannabe Blaze pizza / chipotle like experience. I went with the mega pizza which means you get two layers of dough. I loaded up on the toppings which were good but the pizza was very doughy. Definitely not cooked all the way as i was tempted to go back up and ask them to put it back in the oven but i ended up scraping the toppings off and eating a few pieces of the crust. They do have a nice soda selection and the interior is clean and modern. If you're in a pinch for time, this is a step up from Taco Bell or McDonald's but not by much. read more

I love Mod's pizza but honesty this location was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I've ever had. All employees working behind the counter were very rude, unhelpful and unsanitary. The one employee making pizzas stopped halfway thru one pizza, pulled his pants up (they were down below his crotch) and without changing gloves or washing hands proceeded with making pizzas. I would never return to this restaurant. There was one reprieve for this place and that was the guy bussing tables. He was very helpful and friendly. I gave him a tip directly for this reason. No manager on duty or I would have complained to the manager directly. read more

See what I wrote below after my first visit. Unfortunately the service is terrible now. Since my first visit my order has not been correct one time. If the guy calling out your name to pick up your pizza would grow a pair maybe we could hear him and our pizza wouldn't be sitting needlessly behind the counter getting cold for 10 minutes. Or if they didn't give my pizza to the wrong customer so I spend an extra 10 minutes that would help. There is no one here at the moment and all the tables, I mean all of them, are dirty and none of the lackadaisical staff are bothering to clean them. They must all be Millenials and allergic to real work. Perhaps if the staff could spend more time doing their jobs and less time smoking pot out back this place could return to its former glory. I'd avoid it until then. And Whatever you do, don't order online because you will wait an extra 10 minutes AFTER you realize you have to tell the staff so they pull your order receipt from behind the register and finally start making your order. YUM! I love wood fired, thin crust pizza. They have a great business model, one price no matter what you put on top. The prices are great too, especially for specialty pizza. I got the Ella, my husband fit the Tristan, and our kids did half pepperoni, half sausage/mushroom. Everything was really spectacular! The Ella was so amazing, I can't stop thinking about it. The pizza was thin crust, which I like, but a bit uneven. The bell peppers were pickled, which I didn't think tasted very good on the pizza. They were too heavy for how light the pizza was and too numerous. Same thing about the mushrooms -- too large and too heavy for how thin the pizza was. Hit the spot, but I wouldn't return. read more

Take out orderer beware. We have eaten here many times since this specific MOD has opened, the ever changing staff is reflective in the quality of the food being prepared. We ordered 4 pizzas to go and (yes I should have checked them to make sure they were correct but they weren't very busy so how could they screw it up) when we got home found out one of the Build Your Own pizzas was not one of the pizzas we built. When we at in the resturant back in September one of our pizza's was burnt and they would not make us another one. Very disappointing two visits in a row. We use to eat hear about once a month, not sure if it is worth it if there isn't decent customer service. read more

I think "super fast" is an overstatement. We waited at least a half an hour in the line just to order our food. Our group got our food 10 minutes after paying, So 40 minutes of waiting for simple pizzas. Overall, our group gave the food a 6 out of 10. Also: For people that are gluten-free, beware! DISGUSTING!!! I ordered a salad. While making my salad, the blonde worker boy repeatedly kept reaching up countless times to adjust his mouth covering; and then he would immediately dip his fingers back into the various ingredients. Tonight I stopped in with a friend to enjoy a bite of delicious pizza with uninterrupted distractions. Around 9 PM we peaked in the windows only to find a hard working crew preparing for the next day and cleaning while waving us in. Although we ended up not ordering knowing that we needed a venue that would be open for several hours I wanted to shout out to the hard working crew that was eager to prepare our dishes, made us feel welcomed and most of all made us both feel like our business was truly important to each of them there. It is rare that you find an establishment that values a customers business late in the night when they're tired after working hard, laborious hours. Stopped in here when we couldn't get a reservation in Park City. Jammed with customers (a sure sign the pizza is great) on a Saturday evening. Pizza was delicious and just the style we love (thin and crispy). Beer selection is small but perfect for after skiing. I watched the staff interact with several customers and they clearly give a crud about service. One customer dropped his salad on the floor and they gave him a new one without him even asking (and it was his fault). read more

Filthy dirty to start with. Food all over the floor and with 5 employees you would think there would be someone who could sweep instead one was busy hugging his girlfriend behind the counter (she was not wearing a mask to follow covid protocol) and eating the cheese it's she had brought him. Another employee was super busy, eating Cheetos at the register. Our pizza toppings were not spread out but in clumps. When I got to the register he asked if I had 4 pizzas. Um no sir, just the 2 you personally made me. The Cesar salad I asked for must be new because they had no idea how to make it. I had to ask for it 4x and ask them to put all 4 ingredients on it not just 2. The lettuce was brown. And they had to open new containers of Cesar and croutons which makes me wonder if they just didn't want to make the salad? The music in this place is obscenely loud. I do enjoy the pizza, however the noise encourages you to take your order home. Our group was interested in sitting there, buying some beer & enjoying the food, however the people behind the counter couldn't even hear when you place your order because the music is so loud. Then you can't carry on a conversation because of the noise level. If I had one word for this place it's "loud."
