I love the concept of this place. It's kind of like pizza meets Subway. It's walk up service and you can either select a pizza off the menu or come up your own. They have loads of toppings to choose from so everyone's happy. They even offer cauliflower crust. My pizza was a modified Jasper with the standard crust. Delicious. The crust was light and crispy. The staff were friendly and the pizzas came out pretty quick. Our server, Katie, did an awesome job and made sure our orders came out as expected. They have a good amount of seating available for those who want to sit and eat. I love MOD, I travel all over the country and eat at different locations. I also observe people handling food and their careless actions. At the PC MOD (which I frequent once a week when home) I have complained via the customer service portal several times and it just happened again.... Workers are handling food making the pizzas and salads, then turn walk to the cash register, handle transactions (cards, cash, receipts), touching handles, the walls, their faces, body, etc.... Then walk back to making a pizza.... Train your employees! Ask your pizza maker to change their gloves! I have on several occasions. read more

I've been to a different location before, but this location was probably one of the most unpleasant. They were extremely slow doing much of anything. Food tasted ok but it took a while for them to get people through the line on top of the wait time for the pizza which ended up with burnt crust. We were excited to eat some pizza but this location was just a let down. Not really sure what the health protocols are here, but the girl making our order had her hair all in her face the whole time and kept pulling it back with her arm and all I could see was hair hair hair and crossing my fingers it didnt get in the pizza. They weren't overly friendly either, as though it was an inconvenience people came to eat at their establishment. There was a lot of people behind the counter, but really only 1-2 people doing anything of substance. We ended up sitting outside because the inside floor had napkins all on them and looked not clean. Even outside there was trash out there. Came here after a long day of exploring the town. This place was super busy but so was everything else around. There were several people in front of us who order a large order which backed up several orders which was kind of crappy. When we finally placed our order, they were so busy with all the orders that they accidentally burned my pizza. The guy offered to make me another one free of charge. Once it was done, he brought it to our table. This location was also pretty dirty with food on the ground which was nasty. Also the woman's bathroom was closed. Food was OK but I personally wouldn't come back here. Also the parking lot was packed due to other business that it is shared with. Keep in mind that this place is located right next to a ski resort and a lot of people will be here during ski season (and other places near by as well, order ahead if you can). read more

Couldn't get the order right! I had to ask for my green salad (lettuce & ranch only!) FOUR times! Our pizza order was also incorrect. We ordered, and paid for 3 beers only to find out they are out. Good thing was, cashier only charged us for one. I overheard another customer who ordered wine and again cashier charged them without knowing they don't have any. I found it utterly disgusting the employees working the assembly line for the pizza/salad with long hair hanging out of their hats. And then they would pull up their masks with their hands that had gloves on that is touching my food. So unsanitary!!! The pizza was below average - paper thin cracker crust with very little taste. The (new) cauliflower power salad was awful! It was not fresh tasting at all! We were excited to try MOD pizza but checked that one off our list and won't come again! VERY DISAPPOINTING PIZZA: My daughter and I both ordered our own "mini pizza". We new we were in trouble when the girl pulled out the "crusts" which looked like minuscule, desiccated, week-old tortillas obtained from the nearest elementary school, post-expiration. She then proceeded to sprinkle - and I do mean "sprinkle" - the sauce, cheese and toppings onto this strange anorexic starch disk. When I requested "extra cheese", she begrudgingly took a pinch of mozzarella between her thumb and forefinger and "flicked it" onto both of our scantily decorated crusts. Then into the oven. Of course mine was burnt and had to be remade. I should have cut my losses there. To summarize: Anyone ever see a NutriSystem "pizza"? Yeah, brought back some bad memories. SERVICE: The young lady who initially served us and made our "pizzas" seemed like she would be happier working without pay in secret underground alien blood labs. Of course she was wearing a mask, but you could tell by her eyes that she wasn't smiling, and probably hasn't since taking this job. Nobody else at this place seemed any happier, including the guy running the oven who was either very depressed, very stoned or (possibly) both. Curious about trying MOD Pizza? Here's a better idea. Stay home, take out those stale corn tortillas sitting in the back of your fridge, spread some ketchup over them, sprinkle about a half ounce of cheese over each one and then zap them in your microwave for about 30-60 seconds too long. And there it is - you've now had a MOD Pizza. (And, you spared yourself the pretention, depression and ridiculous expense - can't beat that!) Barring the DIY route, just go to your local Applebee's and order off the kids menu - still better than what you'll get here. Lousy place.. lousy pizza. read more

Let's just start by saying, I work in a high capacity pizza place in a busy city. I can respect hard work and good service, and I can recognize when it's not up to par. Walked on the front half of a dinner rush, but things were already chaotic. It seemed as if the start line was as unorganized as could be, and the finish line even worse. We ordered 3 pizzas and a salad. When you advertise your business as "fast" it should be that way. We waited almost 30 minutes for our food, and two of the pizzas sat in a box for 10+ minutes, with incorrect toppings, and getting cold. I would have asked them to remake them but i fear it would have sent the establishment into complete chaos. This business is in serious need of a reorganized, structured system so that during a diner rush, your customers aren't the ones telling your employees how to make their own menu correctly. The pizza taste overall was 7.5/10. Not a complete disappointment, but we won't be back until the staff learns how to handle a dinner rush in a correct fashion. read more

We had a great experience on August 9, 2021. Management seemed to care that one employee was being lazy, ( we didn't take notice) but more than understood. It was late at night and they were cleaning the floors and got our pizzas and salad out quickly and all the toppings were great and we were stuffed from the amount. This review is about one employee in particular, not the quality of the food. The pizzas are wonderful and most of the employees are friendly or even amazing, except one. I do not know his name, so I will describe what he looks like: He wears glasses, typically has colored hair, and wears a bandana on his head. I've had several interactions with him where he is just condescending and rude. The straw that broke the camels back was when he spoke to my wife a few days ago like she was ignorant. He seemingly hates his job, does not like anyone that he interacts with, and is rude just about every time I am in there. My wife said that she always has a moment of disappointment when she sees that he is working. I have similar feelings about him. This is really disappointing because I enjoy the pizza. And to reiterate, he is the only one that I/we feel this way about. Everyone else there is wonderful. Recommendation to management: replace this guy. It will make your establishment so much more enjoyable. read more

Design your own pizza? Yes, please! I had a mini mod size pizza, which I was afraid would not be enough, but it was just right, especially since I'm trying to be mindful about how many carbs I eat. It took about five minutes to get our pizzas after ordering them. I felt indulgent, and rationalized that since I was eating fewer carbs, I could be a bad boy with sugar, so I ordered the "no name cake," which kind of looked like an indulgent brownie. It turned out to taste remarkably similar to a Hostess Ding Dong, so it was nothing special. At least, I think that's what it tasted like, since I don't think I've had one of those since high school about one hundred years ago. This place had high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. Truly fantastic pizza. This is our family's absolute favorite pizza. The regular and small sizes are fantastic options, and it is easy for everyone to get exactly what they want. 90% of the staff are great, although sometimes overworked. My one suggestion is they need to make the ordering process clearer. When they first ask "what would you like?" some employees get annoyed if you say anything other than "build your own", others get annoyed if you don't tell them the sauce and cheese you want, and yet others get annoyed if you don't tell them all of the toppings. But the pizza makes up for those grievences (other than about 5% of the time the pizza is undercooked). read more

Then, when it was my turn after the customers who weren't in the restaurant, they whisked my pizzas into the oven without asking if I wanted any spices.
