I've always enjoyed visiting Mod in Queensgate, but my recent experience highlighted some areas that could benefit from improvement. Firstly, I noticed that the staff seemed stretched thin, with only one person handling the pizza-making during a busy period. The long queue extending to the door was a testament to the popularity of your establishment, but it also suggested a need for better team coordination and support. Additionally, I observed two staff members handling phone orders who had full beards. While this in itself is not an issue, the lack of beard nets or covers raised concerns about hygiene standards, especially in a food preparation area. I believe that Mod has always stood out for its quality and service, and I am confident that these issues can be addressed. Enhancing teamwork to manage busy periods more effectively and ensuring strict adherence to hygiene standards would not only improve the customer experience but also uphold the high standards that Mod is known for. Would have recieved 5 stars if it wasn't for whoever was cooking those pizzas today. I got my pizza a little too quickly. One half edge of my pizza was burnt, the rest of it was still cold and had a raw texture. You should be paying your cooking staff to cook pizzas, not lean on everything and half ass what I felt was going to be an amazing meal. Disappointed in this unusual demeanor. Whomever took my order, short (indian?) girl, was very easy to hear, but she clearly looked like she didn't even want to work today. She doesnt seem to treat her fellow co-workers very nicely either. That was very off putting. This store is almost like the MOD experience I'm used to and you guys will get there! Give it time! read more

I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available and chose to create my own pizza. Mod pizza will now be my "go to" place when my pizza cravings occur. What I found unique and most delicious was the addition of a balsamic fig glaze after my pizza was removed from the oven. My appreciation to Alec for this suggestion. read more
