(I thought to give the benefit of the doubt and see if he does this more but after the 5th time I can't). I've noticed he makes people pull forward to be able to do a lap and vape on the job. He walks out and hands the food to me and then immediately goes to refill his vape or walk around and vape- He was very high on the job as always and very uncomfortable. I've only noticed him do this to women.
