One lady changed her gloves but used the same sauce and ladle to spread the sauce as used on gluten pizzas so I asked if it could be redone. Decided to check this place out with my friend and wasn't too impressed with the pizza. Compared to blaze they have less toppings, less cheese options, and the pizza wasn't as tasty. I have yet to try pizza rev and compare to mod pizza. The price was reasonable. It was 8.27 for an 11inch that I shared with my friend. 3 slices per person. I also didn't really like the chicken that I had on as a topping. Overall wouldn't really recommend. If you wanna try a make your own pizza I'd try either blaze or pieology! read more

Curbside service is TERRIBLE. First time I ordered through the app during lunch time and received my order 10 minutes after the pick up time, which is 15 minutes from when I ordered it. Second time I ordered through the app I received my order 20 minutes after pickup time. On 9-24-21 at 2000 hours. THIRD time I ordered through the app I received my order 30 MINUTES AFTER PICKUP TIME. I called right when I got there which was 10 minutes after pickup time due to knowing from past experiences they're always behind. However, this time they completely forgot about me after stating they would bring it right out. I had to call again to get them to bring it out. To top it off my pizza was luke warm like it had been sitting there a while. If you have had this pizza after it has sat there for a while then you know it is nowhere near as good as when it is fresh. Definitely will not be returning to this restaurant. read more

Wow! I love Mod Pizza! My family loved that everybody got their own pizza with toppings they chose and my wife and I loved how reasonable the prices were. But the pizza is the important part and let me tell you, from ingredients down to the crust everything is premium quality! They have a thin crispy crust that is not soggy or hard, just perfect! I got a BBQ chicken pizza recommended by a friendly and helpful young lady named Peyton. The chicken was tender and juicy and and the BBQ sauce was fantastic! Everything was good except for the fact that the dough was pre-pressed and waiting on the rack when I came in. I asked for freshly pressed dough and was refused and told that the dough has been there for only less than 15 minutes as per MOD standards. Based on how OXIDIZED AND HARD the dough was I'd say it's been there for 30 minutes or more. When the dough gets old like that after being pressed it does not rise and get fluffy in the oven. And my pizza crust was therefore crunchier than normal. They probably had 20-30 pre-pressed crusts waiting on the rack for customers to come in. I was there for more than 15 minutes and they continued to use them despite telling me they were only supposed to be there for a maximum of 15 minutes. I'm upset because I was lied to, and my request for a freshly pressed crust was denied on the basis of that lie. On a positive note, the toppings were generous and evenly spread and the store was incredibly clean from the customers POV. read more

It was quite literally embarrassing that we chose this restaurant tonight. One employee has no urgency within her work ethic making this experience dog shit. There was 5 employees there, it's like they all had their tasks and no body helped or offered or even cared. at the end of the night, it does not take 15 mins to prep three pizzas. The cook time was faster than prepping. This establishment is a wealthy, known, and it is well liked. Update: Shortly after posting my review, a manager got in contact with me and offered my boyfriend and I a free meal, which was very kind. I went back in about a week after, but didn't use the free meal that was offered because I didn't feel it was right. The meal was admittedly MUCH better, very well-made, but the service was not the best. I did go in a bit before closing, so I understand that frustration, but the person making my pizza got quite passive aggressive when I asked her to switch gloves because I don't eat meat. She told me in a frustrated tone that I have to ask beforehand next time. She hadn't touched meats until I asked her to switch (I saw her put on new gloves when we came in), so there would have been no point in telling her to make my pizza separately from my boyfriend's. She seemed irked and passed my pizza off to another worker instead of just continuing mine. Then, of course, she was whispering with a coworker and glancing at me, then walked by me and asked if I had a problem. It was an awful customer service experience and I have yet to go back now. It was only one person and she may have had a bad day, so I wouldn't blacklist MOD, but I'll give it some time before I head back in.
