The service I had was unbelievable, these two rude workers should not be working at this job. When me and my partner were walking in to make an order to go, the worker in the first photo said they were not going to serve us because they had a "slow" day and decided to close up early. The website states it doesn't close until 10, if a is open until a certain time you would except to still be served and not be given a rude attitude, do people want to work for free now ? When asked for a manger and to get a number worker said he was the manger and they don't have a number. The worker put the same sauce on both when that is not what I wanted. They were able to fix it and start over to correct the mistake. I quickly realized it was a build your own pizza place and I told her it was my first time here. She seemed so rushed to take my order and could care less that I was new and unsure of the flow. So I quickly said I like a pizza for each member of the family. She sauces our crusts then asked what we would like on them. I guess we were going too slow and she started helping the people behind me and put our pizzas to the side. I just feel like they should make the first time experience more enjoyable and guide new customers through the process instead of just rushing through all the orders. And it wasn't even that busy. I recently decided to eat a little healthier (baby steps people; baby steps) and MODS is a perfect location for alternative healthy eating. You pay for the crust not the toppings. A mini pizza was around $5 (and they offer a military discount with proper identification). The pizza was so fresh tasting. I have never had thin crust so as a first timer I'll have to say I've been missing out all my life. My pizza consisted of chicken, white sauce, and mozzarella cheese. I was no chef Boyardee entering MODS But now I KNOW I can give Rachel Ray (not Becky with the good hair)a run for her money. My pizza was in and out the brick oven thing within minutes.
