The girl Aleana claimed she trained under Brian at Jensen & Co but left because they're too snobby. No I'm sure it's because her work was sub par, if she even worked there. She criticized the work of the stylist I went to for many years back home, she was sweating and shaking when she showed me the disaster she made of my hair. This girl talked a big game and she didn't know the first thing about bleaching dark hair she had NO clue how to blow dry and style curly hair and she didn't know how to foil. I arrived at 330pm for my appointment, at 630pm she cut me loose...thinking my color looked great. I'm so sick to my stomach. I asked her why my hair had bleed marks, roots showing and bleed marks in my roots. She had no answer. She even charged me and because she looked so scared I tipped her $40. This person needs the money to go back to school or take classes to learn how to do hair. Pictures speak volumes. I'm embarrassed but I don't want anyone else to go through what I'm going through. The new stylists I'm going to said it will take at least a year to try and heal this. Please, heed my warning and try not to laugh.
