The salon chair was adjustable, but instead of raising the chair, she insisted that I remain standing. For a salon that charges premium prices, this was completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I never went back.

Sitting under her dryer while my highlights processed involves nestling into a cushy barrel back swivel armchair I never wanted to leave. The finished product, my flawless bronde-ish highlights are GORGEOUS! I tasked her with alot on our first visit not knowing my double process hair, and she NAILED it. I knew this was going to be a process and was told it would take about 3 times. I was very nervous as finding a hairdresser after moving has been a little frustrating. The pictures you are seeing are a day after my 3rd visit. It was horrible..... she has excuse after excuse and I was confident she knew color. Pictures show I was wrong.... Lastly, she overbooked herself and I had to choose if I wanted a trim or my hair to be dried and styled. This still cost me the same price of $180.....
