Colt did the installation and he was excellent. He showed up on time, worked hard the entire time he was here and cleaned up after himself perfectly. I would recommend anyone shopping for carpet installation to use Pannell Floors. One thing I learned about installation of carpet is that it significantly improves the ability of the installer to stretch the carpet if it sits in your house overnight to acclimate to the temperature and humidity of your home. Not only does this improve the installation, it extends the warranty. You pay extra for this service as it takes his guys two visits to install the carpet vs just showing up and doing it. Colt removed and disposed of the old carpet and padding, then cut the new rubber padding to size, ran a double tack strip so I could run my surround speaker wires under the carpet then cut the carpet to rough size. We then cranked up the heat to around 74 degrees for the night to warm up the carpet so it can stretch better. It looks and feels outstanding. I'll use Dave and Colt when we need the rest of the house done. They are responsive, professional and price competitively. There was very little waste or leftover (which we regret), but it's a testament to how accurate Dave orders to minimize cost of material. I would recommend this rubber padding under any rug or runner vs. what is available to purchase online or through Amazon...even the expensive 1/2" rug pads. The rebound is so much better and easier on your feet, it feels luxurious!

However, I was surprised to see the Linoleum pattern running different directions in each bathroom. I emailed the Sales Manager regarding my concern and sent photos of the work done. I received a follow up response below: Hello Jerry, Thank you for reaching out and giving us feedback on your flooring installation. Per industry standard and also the best and more economical way of installing your vinyl was running the pattern the same direction, which is what we did, running the pattern front to back vs both being ran differently. This was part of the sign off that was done when the signing was completed. Having said that, I would like to still give you some discount and the best I can offer you is $50 off the balance. The worst part is that the squeaks were not repaired before the install. 5 extremely loud joists in the most used locations of the house. We ended up hiring another contractor to pull up the floor and fix the squeak in one room that cost over 3k. If you like frustration and spending far more money than you need, go ahead and order from them and use their subcontractors. Or you can use a company that seamlessly bids, orders material and does the work from start to finish until you are 100% happy with the product. Up to you. Note, we still use the subcontractor because they do really good work. Dont use FWF for product and project management. If I could a 0 star rating, I would.

Nolan and…read morehis crew went above and beyond to transform a five-room office space into a stunning new salon for me... EXACTLY how I had envisioned it. I can't thank them enough for their outstanding quality and exceptional service from start to finish. They were always prompt and consistently kept in contact with me regarding their schedule, which made the entire process run smoothly and stress-free. They delivered impeccable workmanship on the installation of "not only" LVT flooring thru out but acoustical wall paneling in each room, a seamless 9' shelf with a tiled wall, floating cabinets... and almost as important, Nolan took care of "several unforeseen" projects that arose during the renovation without any hesitation! He is incredibly conscientious, always flagging any issues promptly and providing effective solutions. For example, when the acoustical wall panels arrived with a defective color grade, only visible after installation, Nolan took it upon himself to contact the supplier directly and secured a credit for HALF the purchase price! He also secured a credit for the tile we received due to several broken pieces. His decades of experience in the industry shine through in his vast knowledge and keen insights into what truly elevates a space. We were delighted with his suggestions and incorporated a few into our design and we were not disappointed. Just one more reason why I highly recommend Nolan with McInnis Construction to anyone seeking skilled craftsmanship, unwavering professionalism, and a contractor who genuinely CARES about delivering perfection! Nolan, I can't "Thank You" and your guys enough for helping make my dream come true! Forever grateful Shannon Wylder "Hair in the Heights"
