The next day at 3:40pm I receive a text saying she had a family emergency and sorry for the inconvenience. This was way more than an inconvenience for me! No call apologizing for missing my appt, or standing me up, nothing. just a text. As a Wife and Mom, I understand emergencies however, as a Business owner, I don't understand not calling a client asap. That's the professional thing to do when you miss an appt and your clients matter. As of today, I have still not received a call from her. I contacted GROUPON to report it and received my refund.

Upon entering, we were greeted immediately by one of the owners and the stylist who was going to take care of my mom. My mother got a body wave, and her stylist was Ariana. My mother is elderly and has had the same haircut for decades, but it had grown out and she's no longer able to maintain it the way she used to be able to. Ariana was very patient with her and helped her determine what would work best. My mother was very pleased with the outcome. It's a bit of a change, but she's getting used to it. I simply needed a simple haircut. My stylist was Belinda. She was great! She understood what I was looking for and did not try to change my mind or convince me to do something else like I've had previous stylist do, because I have long straight hair and it's The perfect canvas to try new things with. My mother and I agree that we were both very happy and will definitely be going back to see Ariana and Belinda when we need our next hair appointment. She took me from a deep red to a summery warm blonde with a root smudge in a megafoil session. Ellie took her time to recommend a nice hair mask for my newly lightened hair and made my next appointment in a few months to give my hair a bit of a rest instead of bringing me back in to lighten it more soon. She is very careful and pays great attention to detail. Gianna helped foil my hair and she was also super friendly and attentive. Listening to the other stylists talk, I can tell they're all super friendly and take great care and pride in their work.

It's so cute looking inside and the women are all so nice. There is one hairdresser I don't care for but all the others are amazing at what they do. My girl is Michelle, she's younger and does a fantastic job and she's great company when you're there for a while. They don't charge an arm and a leg and they I've never left me dissapointed. I don't understand why people go to the hair cuttery up the street when Hair expressions charges the same or less for MUCH better quality.
