They have an area with tables and chairs to hang out on. Theres an area with a long wall of mirrors you can do your own workout on, and obviously the cage and a big area with just punching bags. The bathrooms were super clean. They do only have 3 shower stalls, so I can't imagine how busy it is in the morning. The sauna room is really small. The front desk guy was friendly to us. I mean for what they have and the amount of classes, I say this is definitely worth it, compared to another UFC gym I've seen.

The manager, Jason Gwaltney, said he would correct it & I should have my credit in a few days. Over a week goes by, still no credit. I call my credit card company to dispute the charges. Today I got a phone call from the gym and one from corporate to let me know that I owe them $300 plus late fees. Jason was not returning my phone calls but when corporate transferred me he picked up. Instead of apologizing about not handling the situation he revoked my membership. I got confirmation of the cancelation within minutes. Too bad he couldn't handle my credit this quickly. Please google Jason Gwaltney...I would love for everyone to see his mug shot and why he was arrested.

They are always happy to see you - whether its been a while or not. Definitely the least judgmental environment I've ever trained in! It's crowded at night, so getting on machines can take a while. The bathroom is filthy and the locker room often smells like weed. Parking can be terrible. The place is just a disappointment. You get what you pay for.
