Found this place on Yelp - and I was lucky to get a same day appointment. Granted it was Halloween so people were probably with their kids. I had a full set removed and got a gel manicure & at the same time got luxury pedicure. The man who did my nails was so great and fun to talk to. Let me relax when I closed my eyes and for my massage and was just super friendly throughout. The woman who did my pedicure was so good - first of all - the luxury pedicure should be priced higher it was THAT good. I told them that as I paid lol. But the massages and everything with it was seriously so good. I asked for my services to be done at the sam time so it was about an hour ish appt which is what I needed. We just moved to this neighborhood and I can confidently say this will be my new go to nail salon. read more

Hoho-lyyy shit guys. Not sure what these bot reviews are because this is hands down the worst nail place that I have been to. As soon as I sat down, this guy seemed really damn sketchy, glazing me and glazing himself. He kept talking about how he'd worked as a nail technician for twenty years, owned three salons, and would get nothing but good reviews. I was here thinking to myself: 'no nail tech ever seemed as eager as he is to prove himself.' I kept trying to convince myself that he was just nice and maybe he skipped a few steps because he was efficient. Nope. Not at all. This dude cut my fingers twice and blamed it on my 'dry skin.' Cuticles still looking dry as the Sahara when he was done with them. I need to tell you that I found it soooo suspicious when he saw what I wanted for my nail design and he asked if I had a back up design. Like no? I've never went to a salon having a plan B because I'm confident in the tech's skills. Now I know why. I wanted raceway nails with checkers and flames. Just see what that looks like on Pinterest. It's a hard design, so I asked if he'd rather do something else, and he said no. When I saw these damn nails bro, I nearly fainted. I was totally convinced he'd go over them again to fix what he did. I had to stop myself from bursting out laughing the whole time he did them. I didn't tell him to stop or do something else, because I was so convinced that he'd fix them. Checkers looking like random white specks in a black base. One of my girls had mistaken the flame for literal CHEESE. All the while he was finishing up, he was like, 'Wooowwww! Finally! A clean nail salon, with a nail tech that communicates clearly and offers a proper manicure, with steps done in the correct order so your nails aren't a jagged mess. I want to start by saying that the nail techs were very sweet. I got a gel manicure and that evening the polish started chipping on 3 nails. I called them the next day to ask to come back in to get them fixed. I went back in to get them fixed and the next day the rest started to chip as well as the fixed nails. I have received many gel manicures and they last me about 5 weeks, no chipping. I will post pictures of what my nails looked like a week after getting them done. Also, they started to peel off and I was able to peel them off easily. I didn't want to write this review, but it's frustrating spending time and money on bad products. Cute, small place. Looks to be family owned and operated. Pricing isn't too bad, I got a gel acrylic Fill with a re-shape for 40$. Definitely needs to be remodeled and have more decorations. Was pretty slow when I went in, so I'm assuming walk-ins are welcome. Regardless, I'm very happy with the results. I haven't been this happy with my nails in a long time. Extremely disappointed in the service here. I stopped coming here after they refused to help me with MY WEDDING NAILS!! I asked for an ombré nail and they said they don't do ombré. Asked for gems and they said they don't do gems. I asked for white flowers and they said they don't do designs. The only thing they can do besides a base color is a French tip and that's it. I tried telling them this is for my WEDDING and they didn't care at all!!! I should've just got up and left, but my wedding weekend was so busy and I didn't have time to go anywhere else. It was this or nothing. It's not that the manicure they did on me was bad or anything, it's the fact that they don't want to do any designs period, and didn't at least try to offer ANY sort of thing to make my manicure more special for my big day. It's 2024, they need to get with the nail trends if their business wants to survive. If you don't do designs, fine, but at least TELL PEOPLE before their appt or advertise in some way that you don't do designs so people don't waste their time and money here. I don't think they were completely honest with me either, because during past appointments I've definitely seen other customers with nail designs. So either they were being lazy that day and didn't want to put in effort, or maybe they just stopped, who knows. At least say WHY you don't do designs. I never got an explanation on why. Heather is amazing! This place is opened less than 2 years ago but I heard from other customers that they follow wherever Heather goes and I understand why after seeing her just once. She has an assistant and they do the prep work. When it comes to actually taking care of my nails, Heather cake and introduced herself. I get my nails done every three weeks and I've visited so many different places around the country and I know how good she is. She knows what she is doing and is very fast at it. I normally allocate 70-80 minuets to get my nails done especially when I request some design, but my visit here was only 50 minutes. Fast doesn't mean sloppy job. She did it so well. I'd never gotten a manicure before so I thought my birthday would be an appropriate first time. I was in the area and looked up manicure places nearby and found this spot with great reviews. I came in and was told it would be a 10 minute wait, and it ended up being 20 minutes. I was given a bottle of cold water which was nice. I took this time to choose my color which was difficult! I narrowed it down to three choices and Heather, the nail technician, tried each one on my nails so I could see how they looked on. I chose Opi's humidi-tea, mainly because of the shade but the cute name drew me in as well. Heather was a good balance of friendly but not super chatty. Not knowing exactly what to expect, I'll detail the process. I soaked my hands in some water and then she came and pushed my cuticles back and cut them. Then she filed my nails and buffed them. Best part: she massaged my hands and arms with lotion and rubbed oil on my nails. I then washed my hands and she began by trimming more cuticles. I got a base coat and then 2 coats of my color, followed by a top coat and cleaning of my nail edges. I sat and let my nails dry by the fan for 10 minutes and then I was done. All in all, it took about 30 minutes and I was impressed with how thorough she was and how I didn't feel rushed. I love my manicure and Heather did a fabulous job. Prices were fair and the environment felt positive. If I were to get my nails done again, I'd love to come back here. read more

Heather is the absolute best and her team is amazing at what they do! I have been going here for my pedicures for over 5 years now because of how good they are ! I have tried many other salons all over the valley and I always ended up coming back here. They pay amazing attention to detail and always make sure to take amazing care of me every time I come in. First thing I'll note is that each time I go in, it's right around 5 PM and there's never anyone in there. I say that because I don't want it to make you think differently! Woohoo! I finally went to this place. I work right around the corner and walk by this Shoppe every time I go to Habanero's (the awesome Mexican joint next door). Since I got today off work, a friend and I decided to meet up for pedicures. Unfortunately, she did not get the day off. Anyway, the place seems very clean and the people there are friendly. We had Lily and Tony work on us and Lily was such a joy to chat with! I'll have to start coming here on my lunch breaks! Maybe I can convince my boss that getting pedicures would be a nice team building activity I got the Green Tea pedi and it was basically the classic pedi but with callous remover, a green tea sugar scrub, and maybe one more item - massage? Heather takes the best care of me for all of my manicures. She got me hooked on the dip nails and now I'll never do gel or acrylic again. I can go three weeks and have zero chipping. They have so many colors to choose from and they always look shiny and glassy for the go ahead product. My nails have grown out very nicely with the dip powder. Andy does my pedicures and he is so nice! Gentle during the trimming but does an excellent massage that really helps my tired legs and feet. I came in with pictures of what I wanted and was told something similar could be done but that wasn't the case. First, I have clear tips with clear acrylic overlay and they don't have clear tips! I didn't find this out until he had already prepared my nails for a fill and removed 2 nails for replacement. No way I could leave at this point, I had no time to go elsewhere! So now I have 2 nails with regular (not clear) tips! ‍ The fill turned out fine. Second, the final nail design was nothing like what I wanted, but he did what he could with what he had. They turned out good but due to limited products, no where near my style! Don't get me wrong, they do 5 star work, I highly recommend them, as long as you like simple nails and designs. I don't! First off, This was a last minute trip I had to take to a Salon for an emergency. Andy and Heather were so nice and patient with me. I didn't know what I wanted because I haven't gotten my nails done for a very long time. So I thank them for that. That helps the 2 star rating As for the quality of service, I'm not happy... I gave up really caring after asking multiple times to change my nail shape and to fix that and fix this... only because I hate to be that picky irritating person to nail techs. Plus nothing looked too bad while he was finishing my nails up. I mean it was too late to fix a lot anyway and I had to go after being there for almost 3 hours. My pedicure was nice but I asked for jewels and that's where it just was sooo bad :( as you can see from the photos its just not good quality and just looks rushed. You should ALWAYS be mindful about where you put customers jewels it looks tacky and unprofessional. Also, I had to go home and try my best to reshape my own nails because they were so bulky after numerous times saying to go as narrow as you can. Why would you paint my hands a different color from my feet? I didn't even choose a lighter red for my hands and didn't notice until I left. I was soooooo angry about a that. Overall I just arrived home so unhappy :( that I wanted to rip everything off and start over but I instead paid 80+ for work I truly hated. If only I can get some money back. Wasn't worth it. My pedi was done by Nina who was great, she did a fantastic job on my massage (of course my favorite part) and then based on reviews I had Heather do my nails. Again was happy with her work. My sister had her nails/toes done by Andy...she was also very happy. They didn't rush through stuff or rush us which was a nice change.
