I called around 4p on a Friday, requesting to be serviced (gel pedicure). They were able to take me immediately when I walked in 10 minutes later. Hannah did my pedicure, which was okay. She was very nice, but I could tell she was learning. While I got the package pedicure, it took 1 hour and 50 min. That is a bit longer than I would have liked. At the end of my pedi I went to the bathroom and noticed that my paint wasn't fully dry when she added the oil/alcohol, so my toes were matte and required fixing. I also had to request that she remove more of the dead skin nails, which someone else stepped in to do - then dig so deep my toe started bleeding. I want to like this place so bad because of the convenience, however $72 (gel pedi + 1 nail with powder) is a bit much when I have to watch and request changes are made to improve the quality. I did find a lady that did hands (Mai) and since I saw her work, I would go back to try her, but pedicures may be out for me here. 0 stars. Had to come back in two weeks because my big toes had cracked and or lifted. This was a gel manicure. This has never been the case for any quality pedicures I have received, as they typically last 4-5 WEEKS! when I came back and showed the lady how badly my toe was bleeding when I walked out of here, she told me that had happened somewhere else and I should have told someone I was bleeding. I explained to her that they knew I was bleeding because they had tried to stop it, however, when I walked out it was continuing to bleed. read more

So they're fast, which I appreciated. My schedule was tight that day and it took only about 40 mins to do my short almond acrylic set. But they're work is pretty sloppy. Not all of my nails have the same length. And the shape is very wonky.. Also, I asked for a short acrylic almost set and she just immediately started cutting off all of my nails shorter than I wanted without verifying the length beforehand. That's on me too for not asking her to redo it and speaking up but I was in a rush as well. And also I am not the type to inconvenience someone by asking them to redo it. The next service I got was a pedicure. I asked for round twice .. and somehow ended with square nails . Again, I was too nice to ask them to redo it... Regardless, I tipped and left . OUCH - Yesterday a sassy young girl (name not on receipt) cut my skin with the pumice after shaming me into buying the $35 pedicure. She yelled at me "why you not get this?" then waved the solution used to remove callus - which it did not. My heels look the same + scabs from cuts made above them. Fair warning: Never be pushed into getting this extra service, it's a waste of $10. Never again - it's a con to get more money for something I could have done better at home. That said, she did a nice job on the nail polish aspect, so I gave 1 star. Lesson to the proprietor: tell staff not to push patrons into buying more, it's unprofessional. Paid for 2 of the most expensive pedicures + gel, 2 basic manicures 1 child manicure and paint for child's fingers (170.5) NO TIP. Let me tell you what I didn't tip these rude ass people. TERRIBLE!! When asked for a basic pedicure they pushed the deluxe even when told no. They still did the deluxe and charged me for it. My manicure is worse then not having one. The dip is thick and when asked for glitter ombré the nail tech tried to do the whole nail like I didn't ask 5 times for only glitter on the bottom part for the ombré. My nail lengths are uneven and not even straight across the top. I even paid cash in advance with 25%tip in advance as a kind gesture. As a paying customer they had no respect for my requests. This salon is hit and miss. Some of the employees are nice and others are rude and snarky . They have recently done some upgrades so the place is fairly cute. The real issue here is sanitation . They use the same uncleaned implements on multiple people, they line the pedicure bowls with plastic but aren't properly cleaning the bowls in between clients . The implements should not only be sanitized but stored into sterile packaging and opened in-front of the client . I'm surprised people are getting infections . I will not be returning. read more

Called around 4:30 asking for a gel manicure and pedicure. They said to go now. So I went. They have 2 chairs outside and pedicures operating inside. My service was 5/10. As soon as I walked inside it seemed like a mess in there. They had a large group come in so 7/8 of the pedicure chairs were taken. So I decided not to get the pedicure anymore. Just the gel manicure. They hand me a broken binder with the gel colors. I pick my color and the lady gets started on my nails. She did good, but not great. I've had A LOT better gel manicures. They use a weird smelling lotion after and a hot towel to wipe off the lotion. Gel manicure is $25. I tipped $3 + .50 cent card fee. It's 2020, nobody carry's cash anymore people!! Mehhhhhh.
