When I showed up the next morning for my appointment, I was greeted warmly when I walked in and was told that Randy would be right with me. Randy immediately walked in the door and greeted me. He brought me over to the pedicure chair and prepared the soaking tub to the perfect temperature. Full disclosure: I work in this industry and I was blown away by Randy's cleanliness, attention to detail and professionalism! He gave me the perfect gel pedicure while helping to clear up some painful ingrown toenails. The salon is super clean and comfortable! Walking in the first thing I noticed was how fresh it smelled, it didn't smell like chemicals like other places I've been. It's a smaller shop but really pretty, warm and welcoming. Rose did my toes. She did an excellent job, I felt listened to and relaxed. I work on my feet so getting a nice pedicure is always a treat. I made an appointment for later in the day with Sam. She did amazing! I was taken right in when I arrived, which was a great start. I had a pedicure first, and the technician was so kind and sweet. I wish I could remember her name b/c she made the experience relaxing & enjoyable. Then I had my manicure done by Lily & she absolutely exceeded my expectations. I chose a cat-eye design with 3D flowers & she incorporated a beautiful French tip technique that turned out even better than I imagined. Not only is she incredibly talented, but we had such a wonderful conversation that made me feel so comfortable & welcomed. I've been to hundreds of nail salons over the years, but I've never had one nail technician I wanted to keep going back to - until today. Lily has officially become my go-to nail artist. The paint left around my cuticles is easily visible too. I wouldn't mind as much if these issues were on one, maybe two, toenails but it's on multiple and the pedicure looks messy overall. I was hoping this might be my go-to local nail spot but I'm disappointed by my pedicure experience.
