I love this place - highly recommend Kim - she always does a great job! I show her nail inspiration photos and she is able to bring my vision to life! I also got service from Yen and she was pretty good too. They are super nice and seem to always try to accomodate even if it means staying a little past their advertised closing time. It is nice that they give a 5% discount if you pay in cash too. They also have a special: M-W 9:30-2:30pm 10% discount with cash You can also add a hand massage for $1 per minute when getting acrylics/fill - and I always do a 3 minute add on. Note that when you do chrome- you always wanna choose contrasting colors! Dark polish with light chrome on top or light polish with pigmented chrome... I learned that when getting purple chrome toesies (Thanks again Yen for working that out for me). read more

My first time here and I just happen to be in the area and wanted to get a pedicure. I saw the Yelp rating which attracted me to try this place out. I will say this they have good customer service . However, I had to be honest about how the gel polish was applied on my toes. I'll say this the manager had another person assist me and fix polish issue and for that I'm happy. Natalie, saved the day and made my experience much better. read more

Regrettably I had to change nail salons. Ladies know as with our hairstylists..it's a marriage. Finding a new person or staff who understands your needs can be frustrating. I hopped on Yelp to see if the community could help me. Lovely reviews (thanks, Yelpies!) led me to La Fleur. I was serviced by Kim and Tina who were very nice and accommodating. They both understood my needs, asked questions to get to know me, and just an overall nice, chill atmosphere. Emailed to book an appointment, had it scheduled within 30 minutes. I got the lavender pedicure which was 35 another 10 for gel and another 5 for French tips. In all it came out to $50, left a $15 tip. $65 total. The lady who gave me my pedicure took time and actually messaged my feet. It was amazing. As a mom I truly appreciated it. Only downfall was when I went to pay; they didn't have tap to pay. Maybe it wasn't working so I had to find another way to pay since I forgot the card. I was referred to this nail shop by a friend whose daughter is the same age as mine, six years old. She mentioned they have spa chairs just for little kids, so I decided to bring my daughter here for her sixth birthday. They were so accommodating and squeezed us in for a pedicure. My daughter had the absolute best time. The staff was incredibly gentle and kind with her, and I got a regular pedicure as well. Mine was amazing, and my daughter was so happy. I been going here for 6 months now since I moved to the area and today I brought a friend for the first time and this was the worst service I ever got, unfortunately. The polish is on my cuticle and toes beyond the nail with the clear polish in the pic. They didn't put cuticle oil on mine and tbh I don't know why they wouldn't when I chose a more expensive service than my friends and she got the oil and better nails. I'm very disappointed in this. On top of it, looking at my nails, she didn't cut them all short like I wanted and maybe she thought because I was chatting I wouldn't notice, but the picture tells me enough that I shouldn't come back, and it's unfortunate, but I did like this place. I wanted a design and it seemed to be an issue to get one done so I just decided to skip. I haven't had a design in years and just do a solid color so I wanted to do something special for the holidays and I had to skip out on that. Lots of parking. Was greeted right away. Love the photo op area. Appreciated that no appointment was necessary. Walk in welcomed. I especially like that they had 2 little Pedi chairs available; though I didn't need it this time, it definitely gave me the idea that I can bring my daughter in with me next time. There were lots of Pedi to choose from. Lots of colors. I didn't feel pressured to get anything more than I wanted. The staff took their time on my sister and my pedicure. When they finished, they didn't rush us out. Instead just let us sit and continue in the massage chair, relax, and continue chatting. When we attempted to leave, they quickly came and assisted us. So happy I tried out this nail salon! It is right next to where I live and I always pass by it. They have a sign that says you get a discount if you pay in cash so I just had to come in. I initially chose to set an appointment with this particular nail salon because their pictures and reviews were great! I was in town visiting from LA, and had a gel color I just couldn't deal with any longer. I have gel overlay, and didn't need a fill just yet. I saw that you could message on yelp to set an appointment. Pros: I love that you can book an appointment on yelp and someone responds within 10 minutes. I asked for a same day appointment, on a Saturday. I was able to come in at 315 and I had stated that I wanted a gel polish change AND would be wanting a design. It was cheap or rather affordable, with the polish removal and what you see in the picture came out to 40$ and coming from LA, that's a steal! Cons: Upon arriving, it seems as if no one actually put my name down or what I had wanted (first red flag). I had two designs I had asked the woman to do, and I should be happy that she was honest that she couldn't do the first one, but the second design was a tortoise shell french tip. And she said they didn't have the colors (pretty sure she couldn't do that design either). So I chose, what I thought to be the most simple design---as seen in the pictures. She honestly did great with the zebra, which you can imagined surprised me when I noticed her stars. Yikes was my mental response! However I know she legit was trying, so I did not ask her to redo them. Overall, I wish whoever took my message on yelp, ensured that I got a nail artist who would be able to do my nails well. And if she couldn't deliver, asking if I would be willing to wait for another nail tech who could do it. While the space is clean and she was very nice, I don't see myself coming back to this location. read more
