This was a job that would require an honest, trustworthy, and fair auto body shop that was willing to fight for us with the insurance companies, and they did just that. When insurance wanted to cut corners, Phoenix Collision Center pushed back and demanded that we receive all new OEM parts on our brand new vehicle. They even met with the adjuster to show them all of the parts in person. They called me 3x a week to give me updates, even if they were just waiting on a part. It took over a month to repair my car due to all the damage, waiting on parts, and insurance company delays. I could always rest easy knowing we were in good hands. Thank you so much again for getting our car back to how it was before our accident and offering a lifetime warranty on all the work that was done. Truly an A+ experience!

Kat was super quick with her responses and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and process for repairs. Dropped off the vehicle with Kat at Altra and heard back less than 24 hours later on the assessment outcome. Unfortunately, the accident had left some damage to the truck frame itself, which could not be seen until break down of the vehicle. While I'm sure sharing this outcome with me was just as unfavorable as hearing the unfortunate news, Kat was extremely kind in letting me know options I had as I shared I am not a car-savvy lady. She went over all possible options and gave me some extra time to think about what I wanted to do moving forward. Ultimately because of the age of the vehicle, it was not worth putting the money in to fix and ended up selling it to part out. Even with the unfortunate outcome (due to the accident), I would 10/10 recommend Kat and her crew over at Altra to anyone who is needing repairs. She was fast, honest, knowledgeable and did everything in her power to ensure the right decision was made at the end of the day. Les looked at my car and gave me a price to make the repairs to the bumper, repaint the entire bumper and the hood and any other scratches on the car. The cost was $1800 for everything and it took only 4 days to repair and repaint. WOW - what a great job Bumper Masters did for my little car! Battery was dead after their work and found windshield cracked. Even after no returned voicemails and waiting to speak with them they refused to cover the battery. Battery worked just fine before bringing the car in and would not even hold a charge after their work and other issues found. Stay away from this place.
