This was a job that would require an honest, trustworthy, and fair auto body shop that was willing to fight for us with the insurance companies, and they did just that. When insurance wanted to cut corners, Phoenix Collision Center pushed back and demanded that we receive all new OEM parts on our brand new vehicle. They even met with the adjuster to show them all of the parts in person. They called me 3x a week to give me updates, even if they were just waiting on a part. Kat was super quick with her responses and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and process for repairs. Dropped off the vehicle with Kat at Altra and heard back less than 24 hours later on the assessment outcome. Unfortunately, the accident had left some damage to the truck frame itself, which could not be seen until break down of the vehicle. While I'm sure sharing this outcome with me was just as unfavorable as hearing the unfortunate news, Kat was extremely kind in letting me know options I had as I shared I am not a car-savvy lady. She went over all possible options and gave me some extra time to think about what I wanted to do moving forward. Ultimately because of the age of the vehicle, it was not worth putting the money in to fix and ended up selling it to part out.
