Friday afternoon was my first visit. I called at 2pm asking if they had someone available for a blowout asap and they were able to get me in by 315pm. My only issue could potentially be minor...at the shampoo bowl I saw what looked to be dirty sinks and some cut hair on the floor. This is a salon so I understand a bit of this and the shampoo bowls could have been stained instead of dirty but it was just not a great first impression. My stylist was nice and really listened to what I wanted. It looked great and was cheaper than those blow out only places! I will definitely be back. read more

i just moved to the area and thought I would take a chance on a new salon. I requested to schedule the appointment for 5:15PM. I get on 9/3. The appointment was accepted. Then the night before my appointment at 11PM, I get a message that my appointment has been changed to 4:45PM. Nobody contacted me to see if this was ok. I scheduled my appointment for 5:15 because I work until 5:00. I called and they said oh she had to change your time because of another appointment. I canceled my appointment. Very disappointing considering this was my first try at a haircut since my baby was born. I made arrangements so that she and my daughter would be looked after. read more

Oh my. What a terrible experience. First, I should've been turned off when I was told I could have an appointment the same day because of how few bookings there were. Still, I went, and I am sorry I did. I spent almost 40 minutes waiting on my stylist, Veronica, before being taken to a chair. Then, I spoke to her about what I wanted. I wanted to go back from red to blonde, and I was hoping for a small transition that day, as I understood I couldn't go totally blonde in one sitting. Well, she put in blonde, but even after my explaining I didn't want my hair to be darker, she died the rest of my hair a dark auburn when it was a copper red prior. Again, this is after I told her I preferred copper. Things wouldn't have been as bad, if the blonde highlights she put in were chunky, poorly placed and unequal. I am now going to be spending 175 fixing the job she did this weekend after spending an insane 140 with her. I will not be back, and I don't suggest you go either. read more

Request for Hanna and plan to be there for a while. I came because of a referral. I booked through their website Vagaro and was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time. She did a wonderful job y'all! My hair was not a easy task to begin with and she did her best. I'm happy with the results. I have a lot of hair and I want to be blonde. HORRIBLE experience. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes while the stylists sat in the back. They had me sit in a chair that wasn't sanitized. She applied the bleach to my hair without doing a test strand first. She then put me under the dryer for entirely too long so she could finish up on other clients. Another stylist washed my hair out in a bowl that had another clients hair all over it. The stylist then tells me she can't do what I asked for. Another stylist then began blow drying my hair which is when I noticed my hair was falling out from being over-processed. I also had multiple VERY NOTICEABLE bleach spots all over my head. They didn't even style my hair. I had to come back to have the bleach spots fixed. They washed my hair and only blow dried the front half of my hair and left the rest soaking wet and unbrushed. My review was taken down, now sure why? Does Yelp just keep promoting the salons friends at the alterations shop? I'm serious, this so called "Salon" will be hearing from the Texas Cosmetology board since this wasn't taken seriously - NOBODY should be treated like this place does to the people that unfortunately walk in. I AM REPORTING THIS BUSINESS TO THE COSMETOLOGY BOARD AS OTHERS SHOULD DO. In April or 2018 I went in and Christine whom I thought was the manager said she would Highlight my hair and to come back in 30 min. She had lied to me and when I went back she had a new girl (acted new?) do my hair. The girls name is Alissa. Alissa likes her phone, a lot! Alissa was on the phone so long she left me with BLEACH UNDER THE DRYER AND FORGOT ME!!! OMG it was horrible! I need to post a picture like the other girl did, IT LOOKS LIKE A WILD ANIMAL! I have been here a few times and my cuts have always been as asked (Hannah). The issue is their appt system. Not once was I seen at the time I requested and one time it was a 45 min wait. I guess it was only annoying as I always schedule a cut on an off day and since I live 2 min away it wasn't that bad. Well, my husband needed a quick cut and decided to schedule it there since he had an appt next door. Oh, he was so upset. He arrived 10 min prior and they kept telling him one moment, one moment, etc. After 20 min he got up and left. They might as well do away with the appt scheduler as it appears it is only for show. read more

I JUST want a decent haircut! My appointment was at 4:45 with Hanna. I arrive at 4:40 so right on time. Nobody greets me, so I just sat down. There are 4 people working and 2 customers there already being worked on. I can wait no problem. Someone comes over and says to let's go wash my hair. OK great that's fast. So we go and start to wash my hair. The water is ice cold so I ask her to crank it up which she kind of does so I live with it. FAR from a good "salon hair wash" but OK. I think she got more shampoo on my face and lips than my hair. No problem. Then she puts the conditioner on and says we are going to leave it for "a few minutes". That's 3. A few minutes = 3 minutes. I happened to look at my Fitbit at that moment because I got a text. Exactly 5:00. "This is going to be a quick appointment" I think to myself. However, I look over and the girl that washed my hair is starting to blow dry another customers hair. Uh oh...that takes a little while. I'm starting to get REALLY cold (it's 55 degrees outside) and my neck is really starting to hurt from being in the "wash basin". YIKES it's getting painful. I look at my Fitbit. 8 minutes?!?!? Holy cow...that's too long. I'm freezing, the water that was running down my face and ears has turned to ice, and I am in pain. At this point I start trying to get ONE of the 4 workers attention. Anyone will do. Someone PLEASE come and rinse my hair so I can warm up. Nobody looks my way. Have you ever got soup at a restaurant only to not have a spoon and the waiter has already walked away? 15 minutes later he comes back to ask how the soup was, but you couldn't eat it because...no spoon. That's how I felt. So after flailing about and trying to flag any old soul down (one of the 2 customers would have sufficed at that point), I stood up, yanked the cape off, and walked out. Hanna seemed a bit startled and muttered something but all I said was "15 minutes is too long for that...I'm leaving. WHY did they wash my hair? Why didn't they just have me wait in the waiting area where it was at least minimally warm? I really JUST want a decent haircut! read more

It was perfect timing since I had been thinking about a haircut and I was in the need for a new stylist. The salon looked low key and smaller which I liked. Based on reviews I decided to try it.
