After an unsuccessful trip to one of the chain auto parts stores to find lens covers for my pop-up trailer, I looked on yelp and found this small trailer specialty store. I called the store to inquire, and the gentleman who answered the phone offered his cell phone number so I could text him a photo of what I was looking for. Since I was only a mile away, I drove down instead, and was very pleased with the immediate one on one service I received. I showed the man my old broken part, and asked if they had them in stock. He said yes, and asked how many I would like. I walked out with five of them, at a much more fair price than what was available online, with shipping and the wait. A quick look around the store revealed that they have all sorts of parts - - trailer balls, brake drums, winches, ... you name it, they seem to have it. As the owner of an older pop up trailer, I can imagine I will be back to the store in the near future... Not because one generally shops for trailer parts on a regular basis, but because things break, and need to be replaced. I'm very glad to have a local store that caters to this need! I will be sure to tell all my friends and family who have trailers, boats, campers... And a penchant for weekend warrior type stuff. read more

I found this shop a few years back, I recently returned in search for a part which I could not find anywhere else (a brake line for an old motorhome) which they did not have but they did point me in the right direction where I could find it (and I did). This is the type of service you get here, staff which takes the time to help you out even if they do not have the part or are making a sale. That is hard to find at ANY SHOP nowadays, everyone just wants to make money and at times, they get angry if you dont but anything there, NOT HERE THO, they even gave me references to other local shops which sell the same stuff they do. Amazing service. I'm from Santa Barbara, two hours away, and was in the area to pick up my airstream. I forgot my trailer hitch pin and airstream was sold out. I called Modern Trailer Supply and they had one but were closing soon. I was going to be 15 minutes late from their closing time, which meant I'd have to drive 2 hours back to Santa Barbara and 2 hours back to airstream tomorrow as they were closing soon too. Came here without a clue on what parts I needed let alone how to fix our trailer. We have mobile showers for the homeless and one of our trailers needs new jacks. These guys didn't have the jacks I needed in stock but they walked me through everything I would need plus recommend a place where I could get the jacks. Great great great! Your one stop fir all your parts. I have an airstream interstate and the sewer line was an afterthought for airstream. HORRIBLE DESIGN (The tubing that goes from tanks to masturator) Its under the coach with no protection. Something could hit underneath and it breaks super easy. I went to several RV places to get new tubing and no one could help! Airstream is not a company for after purchase support in California and their dealers know little to nothing about the coaches. I went to Modern trailer supply and showed them what I needed. They immediately had a solution and I was on my way! This is not your typical RV store supplier!
