The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Does it get any better than this? I will be using SMA for any future service needs.

By that point, some other things had finished up and so Naomi juggled some things and had someone at our house by about 4pm, had the replacement part they needed with them and had a refrigerator that was about to go through a weekend w/out repair fixed. I had another, far more reputable repair company come in to properly diagnose and repair. The Champion tech didn't even open the machine up. It was NOT bad bearings. Is this a scam company that tries to shove as many $125 service calls in an hour they can? I don't know. At $125 per 5 minutes, their time would be $1500 per hour. Avoid this company at all costs.
