ALL WEEK I had been receiving emails and texts making sure I had the area prepped and ready for delivery and installation which I did. I called Best Buy this morning to see what was going on. I spent over an hour on the phone with four different people, being transferred around, and endless elevator music to get absolutely NOTHING accomplished. I finally ended up cancelling the order. The management of this story seems to not be thinking clearly in relation to the disabled who need your electric carts to shop In particular, they've decided to block the nearest entrance int the coffee shop where the electric carts are charging. It would be fine, but they also place displays in front of the coffee shop railing which causes the disabled to walk around who need the railing to keep from falling. As I am one who struggles walking at longer distances, I could be severely hurt as I walk with a prosthetic leg. The other option is to place the electric carts closer to the regular shopping carts to charge them I am just trying to make a better suggestion that could save you from a handicapped person serious injury in your store Thank you, Edward A Casto
