I found A1, called got a quote and asked if he could do it the next day and he said yes because of the special circumstances I was in. They had the carpet color I wanted, the price was the same price as Empire and A1 gave me a warranty, and communication was great. He was very helpful and spent a lot of time explaining our options between vinyl, laminate, and carpet. His showroom had plenty of samples on hand as well. Prices were higher than what we were hoping to pay, but as Alex explained to us, the price of vinyl is rising due to increased shipping costs. We already had a contractor who doing other work on the house, so we didn't go through LA Floor Covering for installation.
