From the outside, the store looks small but when you walk in, it's surprisingly big and goes far back, packed with so many tile options. This place has been here forever. It really solidly praised and you can find pretty much anything you're looking for at less than what the other guys were trying to charge you. When I went in the owners breath was so incredibly terrible. I had to stand 6 feet away because it was that strong. Maybe he was doing an intermittent fast and was in ketosis and was also drinking black coffee, I am not sure. But I'm just suggesting you wear your mask for your own safety. The place is also a mess. It's like going through bins at Ross. It's extremely cluttered and disorganized and will take forever for one of the very well intentioned guys to go back in the store room and find the piece you dug out of a bucket. read more

I purchased 2 slabs of white quartz countertops for one of my units. Their prices are fare, but their service sucked. I used their installer Fransisco - He blew us off for 2 weeks and was always frustrating to communicate with. I was told by the store that his work was worth the wait. Believe me it wasn't. Since it was for one of my units, I could live with his sloppy installation. If it was for my home, I would have trashed it, bought new slabs, and sued them. Venice tiles is our go-to place whenever we are remodeling. They are located on Venice, near la cienega. There are a lot of tile stores around the area, but by far, Venice tiles has always offered us the best service and the best prices! They are nice, accessible and very knowledgable about tiles. I always ask Danny for his opinion what would be best for what room/kitchen/bathrooms. He is very knowledgable and honest and not aggressive! He always works with me with my budget and recommends the best of what I can get with the budget I had set aside. Also, they are always bringing new stuff and always up to date. This place could not get any better . I'm a single mom and don't know much about remodeling . I always wished there was a place I could go in and they would take care of all the work and I would just write a check. The price and the quality of service that they give is priceless.
