Genuinely invested in my eyesight, easy to talk to and understand. I have a eye disease that calls fod a special scleral lens and Brandi is the absolute best in the field. I have worked with her for the last 6 years. Recently had cataracts removed by Dr Anderson. He was awesome, well what little I could see him. Within 6 months every time I can not see out of my glasses . Whatever coating is on the glasses starts to come off in spots to the point everything is cloudy and you just can't see out of the glasses . They Jack the prices of the glasses so far up even with my insurance I paid 100's of dollars . Unfortunately with the insurance I had this was pretty mush the business in my location that was listed under the insurance . I've tried everything to clean the lenses so I can see out of them . Between the cloudy spots and thus dull film over the lens I just can't anymore. Staff has always been pleasant but the quality of their glasses is a negative. I recommend finding another place to get your glasses

My best experience so far. Dr. Stewart performed my eye exam and he was excellent! I was not rushed during the exam! I was able to clearly and confidently tell when the letters/images where clear to me during the exam. Dr. Stewart took the time to explain everything about the condition of my eyes as well as recommendations for the types of glasses I should consider based on my occupation and needs. He was very knowledgeable, calm and pleasant to interact with. I left feeling great and I will be returning for my yearly eye exams. I will also be sending my family to Glimpse Eye Care to get their exams.

I was recommended to Mann Eye Institute by a friend for lasik so I contacted them and started the process. They were very professional and efficient throughout the whole process, which is why I didn't give them 1 star. I had the lasik surgery completed and took the proper recovery precautions they recommended. At my first follow up appointment I mentioned that things were still blurry, and they said it takes a couple months for it to become "HD". So I waited for months until my second follow-up appointment to mention that I'm still having the same issues that I was before lasik. Their response was "since I didn't wear glasses before lasik that I wouldn't know the difference".... Needless to say, I'm still having the same issues as before and I'm out $3500. So just set your expectations accordingly. Again, they were professional and nice people.

When I did my consultation with Dr Su, she was so friendly and informative and I commend her on having both types of LASIK done on each eye to be an excellent doctor. From the moment I checked in to the surgery to check out, everything went so smooth. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. Now my surgeon, Dr January, I appreciated him taking time to check my eyes once more before the surgery and doing such a wonderful job because I can finally see without glasses. 10/10 recommendations and 5 stars for the whole experience.

It's been a pleasant experience from the first day I picked up the phone to call and ask questions from CINDY. Everyone was really kind and caring which made me feel really comfortable . Dr. Scott Segal is a professional at what he does and he was very kind, informative, and caring. I did thorough research into who I should pick to go with for my lasik surgery and I'm glad to have picked him. I'm currently recovering from the procedure and it seems to be going great. Dr. Scott also gave me his personal number in case I have any questions or concerns. All information regarding financing, prescriptions, and scheduling were easy to follow. I had my post op checkup this morning and I already have 20/25 vision :).

Where do I begin. A few things made this a discouraging visit. So, upon scheduling this appt, I…read moregot a call the next day saying that my appointment would be cancelled if I didn't provide my insurance over the phone. I was taken aback having never experienced this protocol before. Usually, insurance information is taken upon arrival and certainly if there is a protocol to take insurance information before arrival there isn't a threat of my visit being cancelled. #cattlemanagement #noCUSTOMERservice This immediately let me know that this was not a place that put customer service as a priority. I arrived at check-in, was seated and waited on the young lady to come and get my preliminary exams completed. She was distracted by keekeeing with her good girlfriends... I mean this really threw me for a loop. I thought I was being punked... I was sitting up there bare-faced half blind with my blurry vision. She got my glasses in her hand and she chit chatting catching up with her friends... All I could do was say WOW.. shake my head and patiently wait on her to finish her conversation. She wiped down the areas with alcohol that I would place my face on to examine my eyes. She didnt allow the areas to dry down before she instructed me to place my face on the machine. She took me into the other room. The visit went accordingly - doctor came in examined me, discussed implications and options, and concluded my visit. Immediately after I left my face started to burn and blister. I called back on Monday and sent over pictures of my injury. The office manager said that I wasn't injured and that my blisters looked liked pimples. No accountability, no accommodation nothing... This place needs to be shut down or the optometrist needs to find better office managers and technicians. I've been wearing glasses since I was two. Never in my life have I ever experienced a visit like this before. I'm horrified at the way I was treated. The best thing I can say about this visit is that I discovered a new allergy. I'm allergic to direct contact alcohol on face.
