First time. Brought my 14 year old daughter. She got a mani pedi I got a mani. I thought surely after 5 on Friday we'd have quite the wait or wouldn't get in. Quite the contrary. There were two people ahead of us checking in and after we were checked in we were seated immediately. 15 minutes later someone started on her feet and five minutes after that someone started on my nails. Both techs were pleasant and did a good job. Very spacious. I counted 22 seats for pedicures. We will likely return here.

I got a pedicure and the lady that did them was not gentle at all. In fact, she left a scar on my pinky toe. I also asked for a fill-in and have sat unoticed for 45mins. This has been the longest and worst experience I could have experience. I should have been received service.

I can't rave enough about my experience here yesterday for my Deluxe Pedicure! I came with two friends for a short girls' day, and we were seated quickly for our pedicures. It was pretty busy despite it being a rainy day. I had a wonderful technician who immediately offered me something to drink, which included either soda, sangria, wine, or water. The sangria was super tasty and it was a great start to the service. It was an incredible experience with extra touches for the pedicure. They used the sanitary tub liner and sanitized tools. She was very warm and did a great job working on my feet that were wayyyyy overdue for a pedicure. This was a great place and for $36 I enjoyed my pedicure on my weekend trip to Charlotte!

I don't get my nails done often, it's not really my thing. Recently two of my friends invited me to go with them to try a place near my friends house. I decided to join and get a gel manicure. My friend made us reservations and when I arrived I was taken to my person right away. Nothing was remarkable about the experience one way or another. The manicure was a reasonable price and the gel lasted a few weeks with no issues.

My cousin and aunt had been praising their nail tech Leacka and I finally got the chance to try her out. I will definitely be coming back! I stopped getting SNS for awhile because my nails were just not lasting. However, Leacka did an amazing job and was fun to talk to. All of the staff were polite, love it here! Will be returning.

This is my 3rd time coming. Today I was seated and waited 30 minutes at the table before the receptionist came over and was shocked no one had helped me yet. Finally bella came over talking on her phone and continued to talk on her phone. When she finally got off another worker came and sat next to her neither speaking to me and talking and laughing loudly. Then bella was on her phone taking a call again, got off two workers came over and all 3 were FaceTiming meanwhile I'm sitting there like what the hell is going on?!? The worst customer service. I got SNS nails I left with color all over my skin as well as gritty looking nails. Terrible save your money and go elsewhere.

I have been going to the university location for the last few years. I used to get SNS for at least 2 years. Recently I removed the SNS and decided to let my nails "rest" for a few months only wearing polish. As I was going out of the country on a trip, I decided to treat myself and get SNS again. I wanted the French but the girl who did it was busy; so I opted for a color. While the nail technician was very personable, she did a terrible job. My nails were already short (which is how I've always worn them) but she cut them even shorter. Then she applied several layers of SNS powder and filed them down poorly. In fact, in two of the nails on my right hand there is a dip in the middle of the nails. They are soooo ugly, that I paid to have them redone at another salon. I paid $45 plus a minimal tip ($5) because she was personable. The quality of the services has been steadily declining. I've been getting pedicures and while the polish always used to last for 2-3 weeks normally, lately it chips off within a week or the smaller toes are only partially polished. I don't know if they're using a cheaper quality polish as there's an obvious push to get gel pedicures. In any case, I have noticed the difference and it isn't good. At this point I've had at least 4 bad experiences at this establishment recently. Also, I have heard similar experiences from other friends who used to frequent this place of business who are now going elsewhere. While this used to be one of the better nail salons, I can no longer say that about them.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I decided to check it out since I was nearby. It was a cool atmosphere and I had a woman named Amy who was nice, but idk if she was new or what but this is the worst manicure I've ever had. She filed my nails down way too much and the final result is so sloppy. I asked for a basic gel manicure, one solid color, nothing extravagant. I'm not a very hard person to please, but this place is not it. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

They have an amazing atmosphere, but the service is very biased and not only that - the timing at which they attend to you is also lacking.. if you have time to waste its a great establishment w/ wine! But if not - you might wanna find one that can attend to the time you allotted.

Nice employees but not satisfied with my finished look. Went for sns nails and got thick chiclets with sloppy edges. Had to go back to get them fixed by another tech and did not fix them properly even after I showed him the sloppy edges. Will not be coming back- ladies next to me also had issues with their nail tech getting it right. With the exception of 1-2, maybe they need more practice.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, I went to get my nails done on a Friday. I got a gel set which is chipping already. I went back on Sunday for them to fix my nails a s they told me I had to wait 1.5 I told them I didn't have time due to my flight leaving, then the manager starts yelling at me like I'm his child, not once did I get loud with this man, I asked him for a refund and he walked away, I left, I called to ask for the owners info the receptionist hung up on me, called back and asked for the manager, ask the manager for the owner and he hung up!! Bad customer service all around the board.
