Service started good, however two different people did my pedicure and manicure and the difference shows. I asked for square toes, and the male who did my toes made them all coffin shape. I also requested a fill in on my toes, which already had acrylic powder on them, and he literally just filed the acrylic down and put gel polish on top of old acrylic. The male who did my feet also over filed my skin and nicked me twice with the drill and it looks like a toddler did my French tip. I will not be returning. read more

Under new management and absolutely incredible. The salon is very clean and the staff friendly and professional. I have been there several times. It gets busy in Friday and Saturday so if you go then, make an appointment. Otherwise they take walk-ins. I have gotten manicures, pedicures, and lashes. I haven't done waxing but it is also available. I am pretty picky but they do a good job at listening and doing my nails just the way I like them. Highly recommend. read more

I came here for a mani/pedi while having my car serviced at the AAA car care center across the parking lot. I had not come before, though I pass it often, because of the Yelp! reviews. But since I was right here and my cuticles were in dire straits, I decided to take a gamble (anything would've been an improvement). I was promptly greeted by more than one technician and immediately seated after picking my polish color and offered a beverage. My mani/pedi was done by a sweet older lady (I didn't get her name). She gently suggested the gel manicure. (S/N: I wanted to get the gel but didn't ask because I haven't found a shop here in Charlotte that does it for a reasonable price). She quoted me $45 for a pedicure and gel manicure. Upon hearing the great price (same I paid back in Raleigh) I accepted. She was very thorough yet gentle and finished both the pedicure and gel manicure in about an hour and 15 minutes. She even suggested a beautiful bright color and sparkle that really complemented each other well. The shop itself was clean and quiet with the exception of the TV which was showing Cupcake Wars on a low volume. It was a very relaxing time and I was able to finish the most recent season of the Serial podcast without interruption. (Winning!!) All in all a great experience! I will be returning soon! read more

They are the best! Friendly, attentive, detailed and gentle. My nails have always been smooth and even. Color is never streaky or uneven.

Attached are pics of what I asked for vs what I got. I got a pedicure which was nice except I asked for the basic level and my tech said okay, then went on to give me (and charge for) the next level up, even though that isn't what I requested. The water for my feet was scorching hot and I had to ask twice for them to cool the water down so my feet wouldn't burn and I could actually put them in the water. The nails on my toes turned out nice, so I was excited for the manicure. I shouldn't have been. I asked for short acrylic nails, emphasis on short because I play violin and need to press the strings. When he cut the tips I asked him to cut them shorter and he said "I'll file them". They were still way too long, and crooked on a few nails. The design is nothing like the picture and I could tell he was struggling while he did them. The nails were so thick they made my fingers sore. One pinky nail was way fatter than the other one because he used different size nail tips for no reason. I ended up going to a different place down the road who fixed me up and made them look WAY better, and the actual length I wanted. I will not be returning. read more

My wife and I came here for pedicures a few days before our cruise. Got to the nail salon at 11:20 and were seated quickly and began to soak. However, after 40 minutes of soaking, and nobody working on my feet, I left. There were 2 nail techs other than the one working on my wife. One had an appointment scheduled, but the other took a lady that had just walked in and started working on her straightaway. That is when I got up and left. This is the very first place I got a pedicure at and thoroughly enjoyed it. It will be a cold, cold day in hell before I step foot back into this nail salon. read more

This place is sub par... way cheaper than most which is definitely a plus but my gel mani peeled off a couple of days after I got it. Not to mention the actual experience was one of the worst I've had, just because the entire time my tech could only talk about how crappy all of her customers are--uncomfortable for obvious reasons. Also I needed a single acrylic nail because I broke my natural thumb nail, just asked that it look like my other nail, and this is what I got. The poor reviews are very fitting. Visited the salon on this past Wednesday and left without being serviced. I refused to spend my hard earned money somewhere I'm not even acknowledged. I was there 10 mins, came through the door-no greeting. As I browsed the subpar polish selection, no one asked how they could help/what services I was interested in. One nails tech even came to the front to cash out a customer and do you think she said anything to me?! No!!! Clearly this is the norm for them, but I won't ever be back. I came here last week on a Wednesday to get my wax done before as a run in since I didn't have time to go to my regular spot, and when I entered everyone looked at me but did not greet me. I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes without a single person acknowledging my presence. There have been a couple times in the past where I have gone there and although they did my eyebrows decently they would leave wax on my face and not clean me up properly. If you want to go to a good place with good service to get your eyebrows done how you want I would suggest going to Ava's nail spa a couple of miles away. read more

I've been getting SNS for over a year now and this was by far the worst SNS application ever! I was given attitude after I politely asked to correct the shape of my thumb nail so it would match the other. She told me SNS was different from acrylic. Not sure what that even had to do with my request since I came in with SNS on. I don't wear acrylic. I just wanted my nail shapes to match. It was all downhill from there. The nail technician applied steps in varying orders on each nail. The base and top steps were completely skipped. Top coat of polish was a mess with no attempts to correct.
