Recently lost my ID but had a picture of my passport on my phone. They wouldn't let me in because I've never been here before. The manager said in order for him to let anyone in and sign the waiver, he had to see in person a government issued ID. The lady right after me also didn't have an ID but they let her in and she had never been here before either. They let her in and sign the waiver just because she was an older woman. Came in yesterday to check this new spot out , and see what they had to offer .... The location is central , and easy to find right off market st ... the staff was friendly , and welcoming ... and the lounge was very nice , and had tons of supplies (bongs papers etc) my one major complaint are the prices ... 80% of their menu was way over priced ... most of their 1/8s are over 50$ ( which is total bullshit ) their top tier 1/8 was 81$ !! let me repeat that ... 81$ for one 1/8th ... when you add that up , its over 10,000$ per pound ... these clubs barley pay 1000$ a lb .. this is unacceptable and greedy .. Im expecting the owner to chime in to this review with some bs reponse .. but you cant defend that kind of price .. with what is paid for wholesale these days , nothing should be over maybe 45-50$ an 1/8 ... fix yer prices !!! read more

Hands down my favorite dab bar/cannabis lounge to attend in the bay area. Dope glass to bring to your table and chill music to smoke too while throwing in some modern rap and hip hop. Good pricing, buy anything and you get to smoke it in the lounge with your group. Bud tenders and security are chill and aren't timing you like other places that give you a buzzer. Happened to receive a discount flyer after doing some business downtown. Discounted weed sparks my interest and I was close so I had to go in.The whole space was AMAZING. Bought some solid weed for a decent price (sativa, eighth under $30)... then they told me they had a whole lounge for smoking! It reminded me of the coffees houses in Amsterdam. The music was bumping and they had clean instruments for smoking.. I usually smoke out of pipes but the instruments were on the table and I could choose whatever I wanted. They had bongs, pipes, AND papers. Had to hit the bong to switch it up from the normal pipe game and it smoked CLEAN. Incredibly friendly staff as well. You got to at least try this place soon. Great new dispensary. Plus, being right on Market St., it is easy to get to from just about anywhere in the City w/o having to navigate downtown traffic nightmare or, worse, the car vs. free-for all that is the New Mission (anyone old enough to remember when it was nothing like is now?). The handful of times I've visited, not once have I not been in and out in less than 15 min. since there has never been much of a line, if any, even on weekends when I usually go. The customer service couldn't be better either from security, staff, budtenders, management, everyone really, not to mention the beautiful space - you really have to see it. In addition to all of this, for such an upscale cannibis venue, the prices are totally reasonable and there are always promos (discounts, BOGOs, demos, etc.) going on. This is the epitome of "a kid in a candy store" situation. As a big fan and regular at Barbary Coast, I was blown away by their sister club and my favorite new dispensary in the city. As soon as you walk in, your eyes begin to wander taking in the all of the beautiful decor and incredible layout (HUGE for SF standards) . You can tell just by looking or chatting with any of the staff members that there was a great deal of thought put into creating this club. The lounge is like no other that I've ever seen and beautifully stocked with everything you could possibly need during your visit. Super friendly and knowledgable staff ready to answer any questions or provide the perfect suggestion based on what you're looking for. 11/10 would recommend. read more

I'm surprised by the negative reviews but they seem mostly related to price. I visited towards the end of my trip and just bought the cheapest eighth so I could smoke somewhere so i didn't pay attention to cost - - it was also my birthday weekend, so I wasn't very cautious when it came to spending money. Anyways, I went to several lounges in the five days I was there, and Moe wins by a landslide. Employees were polite, place was clean and empty, and the music was chill. There's separate rooms for flower consumption vs dabbing. In the flower consumption room, they give you everything you could need to smoke -- and I mean everything -- and you get to sit in roomy booths. Definitely go! You won't be disappointed. read more

This place is amazing!!! Everything you need in a lounge. Reasonable prices and wide selection, elegant decor, and incredible service. I went with some girlfriends, we bought a few eighths and pre-rolls and grabbed a booth. The table had everything we needed -- rolling papers, hemp wraps, bowl, bong and lighters. The staff were SO amazing and friendly! They brought out the Dr. Dabber (amazing piece!) and helped us load it up, plus kept our water filled. I had no idea there was a new club that opened until I passed by on my way to an event. I'm usually quite good at choosing what I like right away but seeing some of the selection had me curious! The staff was very patient and knowledgeable of their products and helped me decide what to get. It was really cool being able to use the awesome lounge area (separated into 3 rooms: Dabs, Vaping and Smoking) right before my show. What a great addition to the rapidly evolving "Green Scene" in SF! Went for my first time to celebrate a friends' birthday and could not have been more pleased with the experience. The other smoke lounges I've tried were mob scenes and nobody was having much fun. Moes has the space and layout to accommodate everybody, afford a little privacy, yet be open enough to enjoy some camaraderie. The staff were some of the most friendly, engaged and focused budtenders I've ever had, providing very personalized service. As new business, I'm hoping they continue to evolve and become even better. The lighting is a little bright, and maybe some entertainment/amusement/distraction on screen or IRL would give a common focus for the room. I look forward to going back! Gay peeps! As a non drinker in SF, I thought my choices for a bar alternative would be grim. This place BLEW MY MIND! Such knowledgeable staff who were all so easy to talk to--the "budtenders" helped guide me through the menu to pick something nice. THEN THERE IS THAT GORGEOUS LOUNGE! This place was top notch, but lately they have become very disappointing. They send ads to promote their sales. They have a highlighted button after the ad to take you to online ordering, but they redirect you to their other products and the products that they quoted to be on sale aren't there. Bait and switch if you ask me. Now I find out that the company they use to offer these sales proceeds to sell your information to advertisers. I wondered how I was getting all these unsolicited texts and then one of the texts used the wrong name that somehow Moes started putting in on my texts. This place is exactly what I've been looking! This dispensary / lounge is very high class with lots of Amsterdam vibes. The prices are not bad at all and the selection is great, I've only purchased some shatter from them but it was great tasting and cheap. Once you buy something you can go into the lounge and dab bar, where they have multiple expensive rigs for you to use at your leisure. But my favorite part is that they have booths you can sit at and they have high tech portable rigs you can use. The location is great too right near the Bill Graham Civic auditorium. Ru has been amazing and gave great service the whole time. It's so easy to tell what a hard worker he is as he bustled between tables. We came into town for Clusterfest *sidenote, this dispensary is much better run than the festival ever was -- and Ru commitment to his job never faltered. I chose to go to a dispensary with a shopfront in order to have more tailored suggestions and more personable experience. This shop is among the top 10 best in SF but I was disappointed. Staff seemed friendly enough except the person who helped me with my order (served by Sierra was printed on my receipt). I told her I was new and was open to experiment. She was super impatient as though a newbie is so beneath her. Without asking what kind of effect/sensation I was looking for, she abruptly suggested some prerolls. I paid and got started but felt nothing, except becoming sleepy. I later found out that her suggestion was for relaxing and calming -- at 2pm! Asking what the customer wants and suggesting products accordingly is basic 101 for any customer-facing work. This lack of attention coupled with impatience/condescendence makes the experience far from a pleasant one, a mission stated on their website. I was also surprised that despite on their website calendar, it reads today is a demo day for lots of brands with 25% off from 1 to 3pm. When I was there, I did not see anything. I would have asked and probably made more purchase but as the cashier seemed cannot wait to get me over soon enough, I decided not even to ask. I was also let down by being told that there is a 3 dollar charge for every single transaction using a credit card. I am not even sure that is legal or in line with the VISA/MASTERCARD regulations. A merchant can decide not to accept credit card at all but if you decide to take it, I don't think credit card companies allow a surcharge to be applied. Anyway, I was looking to make this shop one of my go-to places but it turned out to be a disappointment. read more
