Parking was a tad confusing since the lot is small and the restaurant it shares a lot with seems to get particularly busy! When you enter the place, it was very colorful and fun decore. The seats were like sofa couches and very comfortable. They also have a corner to take pictures for Instagram or social media if you like. Very fun concept and setup. The moment we walked in we were greeted immediately and the lady really went into the menu for us. She was very knowledgeable and can tell she enjoys what she does and the drinks she made. She said she can make any of the drinks how we want (less sweet or more, any type of milk, etc). I loved her energy and I had fun small talk with the other person working there too. The cortado was ver nice, with minimal paper cup flavor. It was smooth with a roasted flavor, and a nice, creamy viscosity. A pretty good, respectable cortado. The Tres Leches cold brew reminds me of merienda with my family in Brownsville, despite us usually not having cold coffee - haha. But the flavors were delicious. The coffee was strong, but still had that "flavored latte" taste I tend to enjoy on a hot day. That tres leches foam is truly a delight. If I lived closer, I'd probably be here every day they're open. However, now that I know that they're really good, I may have to make some frequent stops.
