I had just moved into my new place hours earlier and was dealing with a new door locking system which led to locking myself out. This is hands down the best locksmith in northern Virginia. My roommate and I locked ourselves out going to pick up dinner last night in gym shorts when it was 30 degrees. We called 5 other locksmiths. Not only did the others estimate arrival time of 45 minutes to an hour, but they were double the price. I bought a keypad deadbolt so I wouldn't have to worry about my kids forgetting their keys, but I just could not install it myself despite hours of trying and many YouTube videos. So frustrating! Moe responded immediately and was $55 cheaper than the next person to respond, and the exact same price as the 3rd company to respond. His prices are reasonable. Turns out the problem was with my door hole itself, but Moe fixed it and got the new lock installed. Moe was very timely in responding to a lock problem we had at our home. Once he arrived he quickly assessed the issue and in less than 5 minutes the issue was resolved. We discussed further options for repairs but Moe felt like the ongoing issue was minor and didn't need any additional attention. When I asked him what we owed he said nothing.
