Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Vehicle Purchase and Service Issues:To Whom It May Concerns…read more I am writing to formally address serious concerns regarding two vehicles I purchased from your business in February 2026. On February 13, 2026, I purchased my first vehicle for $5,500. During this transaction, I asked the salesperson, Scott, if there were any additional vehicles available, as I was also looking for a car for my daughter. Scott indicated that he would assist in finding another vehicle once I returned the first car for inspection the following day. After the inspection, Scott presented a Hyundai Elantra, which appeared to drive well at the time of purchase. However, approximately 30 days later, the engine failed completely, requiring the vehicle to be towed. Since April 6, 2026, I have been waiting for a replacement vehicle as previously discussed. Today, when I followed up, I spoke with Justin and was told to "get over it," and was also informed that the vehicle allegedly had over 3,000 additional miles in less than a month after purchase. I find this response unacceptable and dismissive given that I paid approximately $10,000 total for both vehicles. At this point, I am requesting a prompt resolution, either in the form of a suitable replacement vehicle or another appropriate remedy. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed in a professional manner. Sincerely, Valerie Watson

Above all I attempted to register the car and the vehicle inspection is expired so I'm here AGAIN for the FIFTH TIME for a twenty minute inspection that.has now taken over two hours with no explanation...I'm so tired of this place I'm starting to feel sick to my stomach...I absolutely HATE IT HERE!

This is not a good car dealership. Ive had my car going on 2 years & i'd never recommend this place…read moreto anyone. But if you're looking for something to waste money on and to get you from A-B then this is the place for you. The interest rate is too high for one. The cars aren't worth how much they are selling them for plus the interest but like I said if you're looking for something quick then this may be the place for you. They advertised free warranties but after 6 months, they don't care about your car. Don't get the CPI-Collateral protection. It's $80 extra dollars a month but it's not worth it. Just get full coverage. My car was in the shop 3 weeks and when I got it back it wasn't even the same color. So now I have half of my car an entire shade darker. They wouldn't even put in a service to get it looked at to see why my lights where cutting on and off after it had just got out their shop. The whole time they had loose wires and hadn't put my battery in correctly. The only thing good about this place are the ladies in payment are very nice and the car salesman Lupe.
