If I could give this Moe's zero stars I would. The food itself was okay other than the queso being so cold and thick it wouldn't even stay on a chip. They were out of steak, which isn't a huge deal, but would not make more (it was the middle of the day, not anywhere close to closing time). The service was horrible. The guy taking our order was on the phone the entire time, told my friend to hold on so that he could finish what they were talking about and then passed it off to someone else. He continued to talk on the phone, very loudly the entire time we were inside. All but 1 of the 4 staff members were on their phone at one point or another and the service we did got was terrible. Our chips were stale and various other ingredients should have probably been tossed if there was any quality control done at the beginning of the shift. However when I came out, my husband and kids were sitting there watching the employee try to fix the drink machine. I was turned off before I came out because the men's bathroom had a sign saying the sink didn't work so someone decided to use the women's bathroom. That person left the seat up and there were pee stains underneath. When I went to wash my hands, sink was filthy and the toilet roll was just sitting out. My thought was, "I wonder how they keep up the kitchen/food area". My husband told me (as we left) that it was nasty in that area too. Glad I changed my mind now. Every time I try to give this place another chance I'm disappointed. If the owners would spend some time in the restaurant to rebrand this location and take the time to train their staff, it has the potential to be successful. I actually like the Moe's chain and was excited when it initially opened in the area but it went from new restaurant growing pains, to Covid closures, then vacancies and high turnover, to staff that lacked customer service skills with subpar food quality and preparation throughout. How to roll a burrito should be a basic requirement and I have yet to have one that didn't fall apart after one bite. read more

I used to work at a moes for 2 1/2 years. And I came in and all of the staff was on their phones. One was sitting on the counter. Then they proceeded to touch their hair and ears and pull out their phones. Food is burned and crusted. Nothing has been stirred. The queso in a bag is just sitting on the line. No one was able to serve correctly. No washed hands. No glove changes. The soda bar is crusted and nasty. Food was okay. We asked for a build your own quesadilla and they put cheese on it then ran and put it on the grill without even asking us what needed to go on it. Then proceeded to fuss at us. Since I used to work at this establishment I wanted to let the management of this location know what happened. And send over photos. Since multiple health code violations happened when they were only helping us. And when I did I was called mental. And was disrespected. Every time I go they are closed. From closing at 9pm then 8pm now 7pm and closed on Wednesday because of no workers. I don't believe that since tonight I saw 6 employees inside. Absolutely awful!! We have tried this location several times and it was always a disappointment. The last time everything was so awful I emailed the manager of the store with my concerns about several issues encountered during the visit and still have not received a reply, months later. Just to name a few issues.....my medical office ordered several orders during the lunch hour.....all the chips were stale, like several days old. Called the store and I was told to bring the chips back for a replacement. Went back to the store for "fresh" chips, went back to the hospital and again, stale chips. Food tasted the same as any Moe's, except this store was out of tons of things. And when we got our food home, they had forgotten to put on some of the toppings we asked for that they did have. So this happened... came in at 8pm. Girl with dark hair was bothered with my order. I ordered two burritos and nachos. She never labeled my burritos and one was pork the other tofu. I asked her to kindly label and she had no clue and was bothered again. The container of chipotle ranch had run out and I asked her if they had any more and she was bothered again. She put both my burritos in one bag with chips and I asked her if she can separate the burritos with their own bag of chips as Moe's normally does that and she was bothered. Trainer had total attitude with trainees. $15 for a bowl that tastes a week old. Ended up throwing it away. Lettuce was brown. Steak was grey looking. My friend got a crunch wrap and they cooked the wrap on the grill using tinfoil and it ruined his wrap pulling off most of the top of the tortilla and all that extra cheese. This is one of the worst locations to go to, especially during an unprecedented time like this. The moment I walked through the door to pick up my CURBSIDE order (that I shouldn't had gotten out my car to begin with) I knew at that moment they had no people skills. When I checked my order I had to dig through a huge pile of chips to see if my items were in the bag which was a total mess. I cut open my burrito and it looked terrible. I got to the store at 10:55 and was told to stay outside and order would be ready by 11am. when I was allowed in at 11:05 it was not ready and was told they do not have a meal kit box (placed in bags). Was going to be charged for regular salad when I asked for a small container of extra lettuce. The African American female (Mgr.) was extremely rude and I didn't get out of the store until 11:20, after she made phone calls to her mgr/ franchise owner Mr. Shadid, who told her to charge me full salad price for just a little extra lettuce.
