I wanted to write a review to show my appreciation to the service I received from the employees at the Barberitos in Jefferson today! The entire staff was polite, friendly, attentive and the morale of the store was high and encouraging! I don't normally write reviews, but I was impressed with their camaraderie and team work today and wanted to share! I overheard one of the employees/maybe manager encouraging her other employees after a busy rush, which I know can be stressful! I can't remember her exact words, but what she said and how positive she was with them was nice to hear. They responded positively to her encouragement as well and you can just tell they all make a good team! On top of the great service, the food was perfect and the restaurant was clean! A great trip to our favorite restaurant 'Barbs' for me and my son! We will be back! read more

Our families favorite place to eat. It's always amazing!!! Can't beat the price for the fresh ingredients. We love getting the kids burritos. This location does a good job of keeping the inside clean. The service is friendly and we are happy we have this in Jefferson. I have two teenage boys that eat here 2-3 times per week. read more

I really haven't had a bad experience with the food per say... other than the salsa, which is never fresh... the food is pretty good. That is why my family of six eats there at least once every couple of weeks... sometimes once a week. My issue is with the service, specifically this past Saturday night. My wife set up a relatively short notice birthday slumber party for my 12 yo daughter with 5 of her friends. We wanted to do something better than just pizza, and she LOVES southwest food. So... I looked into potential catering options, but given short notice (and lack of flexibility with catering packages), I elected to purchase entrees instead. All in all, I ordered 7 burritos, one burrito bowl, one quesadilla, two large quesos, and one large guac ($120 worth of food). I arrived a little early to pick up and patiently waited, being understanding of how busy they were. When the food was ready (15 mins after scheduled pick up time... again... no complaints from me), I was handed the three bags of food. Instead of a 'thank you for your business', the Manager (or shift leader maybe) scolded me for not planning better and going the catering route... complaining that my order was too large to place... especially on a Saturday night. I'll be reallocating the $120/month I spend here to another location... very disappointing. read more

We eat here a minimum of once a week (we should really be sponsored by now ). The staff when they stick it out are always friendly & polite. The smell when you first walk thru the door (sewage) is awful but it quickly goes away. I love that there is an outdoor patio to eat on and lots of seating. The food & sweet tea is always SPOT ON! read more

The Barberitos in Jefferson, GA is a fun and friendly fast casual Mexican food restaurant. They have a good menu. They have a good menu and when you enter you wait in line and they have a open kitchen and make your order in front of you. Absolutely great service, people, and food. The lobby is clean as well as the bathrooms. And I love that you can add bacon to the burritos.

Food is good. But value for price....???? Two entrees your spend over $20 and they have gotten really stingy with ingredients. People in front of me and behind me had to ask for more meat, more rice, more black beans, more cheese, etc. Shouldn't have to do that when paying $10 for a burrito. read more

I've eaten here at least five times at this point. Every time I've gone it smells like they have a sewage problem. It's horrible! I typically get my food to-go because of the smell. Today at lunch, the grill was dirty, the area where they make your food to-order was a mess. I'm not sure I'll be back. Yuck! read more
