I just gotta say, I have been going to this establishment the past few months because I just love the energy of the staff, most especially, Allen. I've watched as he makes a point to connect with each customer on one level or another. [[HIGHLIGHT]]MOE's, so it goes, and says on their decor, stands for Musicians, Outlaws, Entertainers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Allen is most assuredly an Entertainer. What I don't understand is how they allowed Allen to slip the their fingers, as I just found out he no longer is employed there. This is a bit tough ... FOOD = 4 STARS! My son and I both had quesadillas- his - chicken, mine - steak. THEY WERE TREMENDOUS! The meat was very tender and I loved their guacamole! I never had their type of quesadilla - not four triangles, but two long chunks (?) ... What were dings for me? I went over to moes tonight to grab something for dinner and was greeted so nicely by the manager Todd. The food was great I enjoyed the bowl I ordered and for the price it was way more affordable then what I was paying at chipotle. I was a customer and I witnessed a a black woman come in to Moe's to pick up a GrubHub order. The manager didn't even speak. I witnessed everything. She said you can't use the restroom unless you confirm the order the woman confirmed it then the manager proceeded to tell her if you don't confirm it, I'm not giving you shit. She called her a bitch and told her she couldn't use the restroom so the moment she went to the restroom, I grabbed the order for her because the manager didn't want give it to her . Then as the woman is in the restroom. The manager saying if the bitch wants to get smart. I can kick her out the store. Me as a black woman I was horrified and she was completely racist and this is unprofessional for anyone to deal with you should not be a manager let alone working in any business. This place just gets worse and worse. Came in to get two burritos with only ground beef, cheese, lettuce, and onion. Had no onion at all. There was one lady working but very slow and talking on her phone. Also to mention the salsa station wasn't clean when me and my friend got here so i didn't even know if it was safe to eat as all of the containers were out of the refrigerator. I recently visited the store and it was my first time doing so. In turn, you'd expect me to be a little slow or maybe even ask the worker a question or two. I understand that it might be annoying but at the end of the day, I am trying to get the most out of my experience here. I tried to come up with my order in advance but there wasn't any clear indicator of what I could put in/on my order. So of course I took a minute. She made, what I believe and my boyfriend to believe as snarky and rude comments. She seemed miserable, which is not our fault. I felt rushed to make my order and overall just did not have a great experience. I see a lot of the reviews on this place are pretty much saying that you shouldn't come here and I agree. No stars should be an option Location Hours: 11am-8pm.Placed online order @2:11pm,receipt confirmed order gave pick up time of 2:32pm.Parked to pick up order @2:44pm door was locked. Employees were sitting at tables and waved away anyone knocking to come in?!? Called several times no answer. Called again person finally answers explained they were closed, I said but I've paid online and was picking up. Person says sorry we're closed again and hangs up. Several people including delivery drivers were all blown off. Finally called again, manager again said they are closed, I said I paid for an online order and was there to pickup. Manager said again I am sorry we're closed, I said ok I will be contacting police. Manager came out, was rude and made no apologies or give any explanation for why they were closed at 245pm when they close at 8pm. I said I would be calling the police, manager said they didn't care, and to go ahead and call and said they would give me a refund but didn't even ask who I was. They went back into the store and locked the door. I called the police (felt ridiculous doing so). The manager unlocked door 5 minutes before police pulled up. Tthey arrived, the officers were awesome, I apologized because the whole thing was ridiculous and quite honestly a waste of THEIR time but it's essentially theft. The officers went in and I waited outside to not cause confrontation. They came back and since I gave the officers my info they were able to give to manager who said they'd give a refund. Embarrassing to call the police on this but it was the last few dollars which I borrowed (zelled) in order to grab lunch for my kids. I will never ever ever ever go to Moe's again. I just can't thank the officers enough though because they did handle the ridiculous situation very well, thanks guys! read more

This is the first time I visited this Moe's in several months and I was pleasantly surprised. I had stopped coming here because the place was rundown with dirty tables and booths and they had a very bad gnat infestation, especially around the beverage dispenser machine. But now everything is vastly improved with clean new tables and booths and zero gnats. The cashier confirmed to me that it is under new management. The service is also very efficient. Stopped in because I was in the mood for a burrito... now my wifey is Mexican and I get any types of Mexican food i want from a to z. Ok lets get into this,I walk in and looking at their selections and like the previous reviewer said whats with the different names for a burrito.. lol homewrecker.. or a joey bag of donuts... I ordered the "homewrecker" now i feel like I am cheating on my wife with this lol. I already commited so I might as well go big, they ask you if you would like chicken, pork or steak... so I went with the both pork and steak in one burrito... this was a big mofo. They walk you through asking what else do you want on this monster i got basically everything they could stuff in this , except for the lettuce... didn't look to appealing. The guy behind the counter did a good job in rolling this up seeing it was gonna explode. Also you get tortilla chips with the burrito and another order.. so basically they throw some chips on the tray with the burrito, then they add a monster size portion on another tray. The Burrito was good, the steak portion of it was good.. tender, wasn't dry had a good flavor to it wasn't chewy.. as i thought it would be. The pork section was not that appealing. had a taste that i couldn't describe... maybe how they cooked it or what ingedients they used ... was too chewy, but it wasn't happeneing for me. The tortilla chips they give you they have a "salsa" bar where you get as much salsa as you want with different ranges.. from mild to their version of hot. They also offer a quesso (melted cheese)for the tortilla chips. I ordered a small cup of this . Cheese was ok nothing special as i thought it would be. Service was good..when i went in it must have been a dinner rush because it was getting a little busy in there. The staff was helpful if you had questions or didn't know what it was you were looking at. The tables were clean, salsa station was clean also... They had a bowl of limes also on ice if you wanted to add a little something extra on your tortilla . Reading the previous reviews on this it looks like they improved in the areas they were faulting. I'm glad I moved to Sicklerville where there's a better (slightly) Moe's than this one. First, believe all the "not clean" reviews--they're true. Also believe the "gnat" reviews--they're true too. Be prepared to wait for someone to put ice in the soda machines. I have not been there once at dinnertime when you could get ice. Not being a mechanical person, I couldn't say for sure, but I'd think these big soda stations would be capable of making its own ice. If it is, it's been broken for years. If it's not, it should be better handled because there's always an employee on a step stool putting ice in the top of the station. That usually generates a wet floor. The salsa station is always a mess; the tables and floors (as well as the trash can tops) are always a mess. Be prepared to clean your own table if you want to sit in there. And that, my friends, is why the floor is a mess--the Big Arm Sweep to clean the table tops. The food is hit or miss. I've gone here where there was not quite a complete serving of an item (usually fajita vegetables) so you get what's left. No one seems to take pride in their work at this location, and the owner seems to not care about it. I go to another Moe's location in Sicklerville. It's not much cleaner, but the bugs aren't as enamored with it. But to end on a positive note, if you download the app, Moe's has a decent rewards program. You also get a free burrito on your birthday--just find a clean'ish Moe's and take to go. read more

As a long-time customer of Moe's at some of their other locations, I knew exactly what to order and what toppings and extras to ask for, so things went smoothly. In this regard, they aren't any different from other locations. You can ignore the funny names on the menu and just ask for what you want, whether it's a burrito, burrito bowl, nachos, etc. Then you can pick a meat, rice and/or beans, and any or all toppings. This Moe's was only missing cucumber; I couldn't tell if that was a temporary situation. Where they fall short was in cleaning the tables. We had to clean our own table. I understand this may not have been a priority when the restaurant was busy, but none of the staff went around the dining area to clean anything even during the slack period. Also, cracking and peeling on the dining area furniture points to a need for maintenance. read more

Issues: why the hell is there a burrito called 'joey bag of donuts?' I don't get it. There are stupid nicknames for most menu items. That's annoying. It's also weird to order a joey bag of donuts burrito with steak. I also wish that the salsa bar had pico de gallo and limes (instead of lemons). read more
