Customer service is a big fat Zero! I walk in on my lunch break and receive a low welcome to Moe's in the lowest monotone voice. She asks what I'd like and I tell her a bowl. I ask her what adobo chicken is and she says "it's just a kind of chicken" she continues to fix my bowl and I ask for a drink with my order. She shoves my food to me and then when I ask for my cup she says "Oh it doesn't come with the food" I say I ordered a drink. She then takes the cup, shoves it at me and walks off. Now she's talking to the other employee and I'm guessing that's why my order was rushed and zero customer service was provided so she could continue her personal conversation about yoga studios. This was my first and definitely my last time visiting this store. read more

Updated review here. Saw the bad reviews and was doubtful but had the taste of a good Moe's quesadilla on my mind. Rolled the dice on it. This was one of the best quesadillas I've had from Moe's in a long time. Without asking I was given hefty portions. Service was quick. Everyone was polite. If you're traveling like me and looking for some good food give this place a shot. read more

This was the WORST quality food I have had in a long time. I paid over $13.00 for the steak bowl and it was disgusting. I do not think it was even steak. I took two bites and had to throw the rest away. What a waste of money! I will never go back here. read more

This location is filthy. Sadly, I didn't notice until after I ordered my food. Filthy food stations, filthy drink machine, filthy salsa bar, filthy booths, and there are no words for the floors. They were out of rice, pico, sour cream, certain sauces. Basically, no one was restocking the food line. Staff seem to have an abundance of friends visiting and standing/sitting around. The food left a lot to be desired. Something in my burrito tasted off/rotten. A deep clean and additional staff training is really a must. read more

I've visited this particular Moe's a few times and will never go back. The food is fine when I eat in the restaurant but anytime I place an order for pickup, nothing has been correct. I've ordered nachos from them twice and they forgot my queso both times so I had to drive back up there twice after the initial pickup. And also, each time, no one apologized for forgetting and wanted to argue that I had already received it. I've also had them remake my food more times than not because there was something on my food that I hadn't asked for (like jalapeños or olives or something random.) One particular lady didn't speak a single word to me once when I went to pick up my food. The traditional, "Welcome to Moe's!" was never said anytime I've been. I have no idea who the manager is but there is always a new face when I go. Their turn over rate must be high. Would not recommend. read more

This was my first visit to any Moe's... The line was moving quickly, so I didn't have alot of time to look over the menu. I apologized to the first wait person, saying... "I'm sorry, I'm not prepared... this is the first time I've ever been to a Moe's... not sure what I want off the menu". She just said, "no problem"... no suggestions... no "what do you like??"... nothing. So, I played it safe, ordered a soft taco, then went about trying to decide what I wanted on it, while the second wait person after each topping selection would say... "are you done??" When I reached my seat and opened my taco, what I found was a HUGE sloppy mess. I was able to put the taco back together and it lasted for all of two bites, before completely falling apart. In addition, I had specifically asked for no picante, or ANYTHING hot or spicy... I don't know if I was misunderstood... or if they didn't care, but my taco fixings were ridiculously hot and spicy. Only reason I didn't return to the counter is because I was in a hurry and the line was long. From my one visit, I truly don't see what all the hullabaloo is about, but I'm obviously in the minority, as it was a packed house the entire time I was there. The food at moes is generally good. And. This is a moes. Notably the staff at this location is pretty apathetic. But. My meal hasn't suffered. I enjoy the quesadilla and the stack. The salsa options are good. The outdoor seating is plentiful at this location. A nice place to eat between stores. read more

Soon as I opened the door staff informed me I needed a mask but I look to my left and there's a whole white family of 5 to 6 people all without a single mask in sight. Discrimination at its finest (all white staff and all white family is allowed to enjoy themselves)I'm still hungry so I get a mask from my car and return inside to order. I'm proceeding to order and the way the staff is talking and serving me it doesn't even seem like he wants to be dealing with me. So I just get my food quick and leave. read more

The food is good like any moe's. I never had any service problems until I placed an online order. I got home to discover they'd left the meat off my nachos. People make mistakes... However when I called, the phone went to voice mail. I left my number. I was requesting that I be reimbursed the difference in the cost of what I ordered and the vegetarian nachos I was given. I never heard back from anyone. Their actions say that customer satisfaction is not a priority. Too bad. read more

What happened to Moes?? This location is not what one would expect from Moes. This used to be one of our favorite spur of the moments dinner spots for my family of four. Not any more... Bathrooms were disgusting . Dining room floor was so greasy in some areas it was slippery to walk on. In other areas your feet struck to the floor from what appeared to be spills around the drink machine that were never cleaned up. The entire restaurant had a stale old grease smell to it. Over all the restaurant felt dirty. Not to mention the staff was preparing orders without gloves or washing their hands. I can't imagine this location will last much longer. read more

Let me start by saying I love Moe's. I used to frequent this location until my past few visits. Staff seem to be uneducated on food safety procedures. On my last visit, I was served by a bulky African-American lady. I ordered the chicken club quesadilla and was asked if I wanted beans and rice, to which I replied yes. She continued to put them on my quesadilla, and then put on dark meat chicken without asking my preference. I kindly asked for white meat chicken instead. She visibly had an attitude after my peaceful request, and proceeded to carelessly throw the ingriedietns on my second quesadilla and storm away in a fit. Will not be returning after that. Who teaches these people their customer service?! It also appeared she was in management or at least above a team member status. Ridiculous and very unwelcoming. All could of been avoided if she followed protocol and asked me my preference. My last and not by far my worst visit to this location. However, there is a gentleman with curly hair and glasses who runs the cashier station who does an excellent job. read more

I've been into a lot of Moe's. lived in 3 different collage towns and had some great experiences in 7 different states. Recently though, while visiting my mom in sc. I decided to introduce her to the new Moe's they just built near her home. What.......a......disappointment! This place SUCKS! grungy, unenthusiastic employees, wet, soggy stale chips. Dirty bathrooms, Dirty floors, Sloppy burritos. This place is a boil on the proverbial a** of Moe's southwest grill. 1 star. read more

Really disappointed in the Easley, SC! I did an order online for curbside. It said it would be ready in about 20 minutes and told me about 7:23. It was about 7:25 and no one has brought it out so I called. Someone answered and said they couldn't find it but could remake it and it would take about 15 to 20 mins. When I told them I had already waited 15 minutes they were very unapologetic and I told them I'd like to Cancel because I wasn't waiting that long after already waiting. They then said ok ma'am and hung up. Unacceptable! I called back and another employee answered telling me that it was almost done and she'd bring it right out so I decided not to cancel. I waited another 10 minutes. They finally came out with my order and told me the queso I ordered was still cooking so would I like to wait for it. I told them I'd already waited a long time. Then noticed my salad wasn't even inside a taco bowl ‍‍. I had to wait another 10 minutes for that to cook because the were out of them. This is the worst experience I've ever had. read more

Friendly service and the food is okay, however the restaurant itself is so dirty. We could not find a place to sit because all tables were still dirty and had not been wiped down between guests. This is the third time I have been to this Moes and found it to be messy. read more

This is a terrible Moe's. After several awful experiences, I have just decided to stop going back. The people always act like it is a huge strain to serve you. After each dollop of food, they ask if you're done like they can't wait for the ordeal of making your burrito to be over. I have rarely met a friendly person who works there (and some of them are overly tattooed and pierced and look plain dirty). One time a guy (seemed like a manager-type) mocked me for not knowing the name of the corn salsa. Another time, a guy was going around taking photos of the customers. My friend and I insisted that we did NOT want our photo taken and he refused to listen and still took a photo of us. It also seems like the food is getting worse and worse and sometimes the burritos are a disgusting sloppy mess. We finally get a decent restaurant in Easley and it ends up being a terrible experience going there! read more

Horribly managed, if they even have a manager at this location . I love Moe's and have been to at least 8 other locations and go to the one in Spartanburg regularly as I work over there and just love them all except this one in Easley . I live in Easley so was excited when they built this one so close to home. Been there now about 5 times and kept thinking it would get better after the staff got more training.... Wrong. They seem like your putting them out by just walking up to the counter. On each trip at least one salsa bowl was empty and once 3 were completely empty. The drink machine never has all the flavors. Push the button for Coke, none of the flavored Cokes, just the original. One time the machine was out of order. The tables are never wiped off between customers. Trash cans over flowing The floors are a complete disaster. The chips aren't even as good as the other locations. Just unreal how bad this store is managed. read more

This place sucks! It was my first visit and since there is no description of what things are next to oddly named food. I asked what some of the things were after explaining it was my first time in. The guy had no clue. "Looks like that one has quacomole on it" WTF! the next person seemed oddly annoyed that she had to put stuff on my taco ending with "is that it?" with a roll of the eyes. The chip warmer wasn't even turned on. When I got to the checkout the girl puts my stuff on a tray and says "this is hers" and points to me and the checkout girls tries to give me the to go order next to it. Again WTF!!! The place was dirty. The tv was on but messed up. Does this place have a manager? If so they need to be fired. read more
