We picked it up and no crema and their solution was come get a free order of $0.20 poblano. We live 15 miles from Moe's. So food that's warm or take 40 minutes to get a spoon of sauce and no food. So I ordered the build your own tacos. The soft shell was so good and the steak really tasty as was the white meat chicken. The ground beef not so much today. I didn't eat it. The hard shell was a bit stale to me. I would not get that again. Now I had a reward for the birria taco and it tasted amazing. Sorry no photo of it. I ate it en route home. I selected all 3 different sauces for my tacos- the poblano crema, moe's, and chili lime. I liked neither. I can eat them without sauce or stick to the mild salsa verde. They changed me twice for my order. I went to the store location 3 times and nobody in the store could help me with getting a refund. Finally I was given the store manager's number. I called him to explain the situation and hopefully get resolution, but, he instead expressed his frustration about having to deal with the issue on his day off and told me to dispute it with my bank. This will be my last visit because I won't be disrespected or disregarded and still spend my money at the establishment. He was rude and over talked me after I began to express my frustration about having to spend my time and gas coming to the store on blank trips, we I was told he would be a the store to help me. We have been to many Moe's locations throughout the US. This location is by far the best tasting food and most helpful staff. We have been here a few times over the years and they never disappoint! Also every time we have visited it has been reasonably busy but the staff keeps moving and get everyone's food out. read more

Today I came to moes right when they opened up to speak with a manager. I previously worked there 2 1/2 years ago and haven't been back since. I am a summer school teacher at a school in Macon and will be leaving soon because I'm moving to a different state. I told my students I would get them whatever they wanted before I leave. Most of them said food and they wanted chipotle but I decided I was going to get them moes. I came to see if I could place an catering order but soon as I said "hey terannce (the GM) I was wonding- him "we're staffed" so I just simply said okay and walked out. Well, I never thought this day would come. If I am writing a yelp review 99.9% of the time that is not a good thing for your business. I am one of the most loyal Moe's customer and absolutely love their food. My senior year in high school I ate at Moes at least twice a week. Unfortunately my prospective college town does not have a Moes, so when I come home it is always one of my first stops. I view it as a special treat. For as long as I can remember I have ordered a chicken burrito (white meat of course. I'm not sure why dark meat is even an option.), Chips, queso, and salsa, and lastly a tropical punch vitamin water (don't sleep on it, it is delicious). The service and workers are usually always great and polite. I will say though, never go to Moes within an hour of closing time. 97% of the time they will be out of most ingredients, the ingredients they have left will not be fresh, and the workers will have sour attitudes. I have not even gotten to the reason I am writing a review. My absolute #1 complaint is how my burritos get rolled at Moes. Just about every single time I go, after my first bite my burrito falls apart. It's to the point where I have to excuse myself from the ordering line after I watch the worker roll my burrito because it is so bad. Surcheros is not as good as Moes, but they throw their burritos on the grill and they NEVER fall apart. Maybe Moes needs to take a page out of their book. Like I said, I am a Moes lover and probably always will be, but enough is enough. PLEASE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO PROPERLY ROLL A BURRITO. Thank you. 4/5 stars. Majority black staff, very efficient, understanding and great service! They make sure to greet everyone and it's very clean. I can't speak for the restroom though since I've never used it. Whenever I visit my order is always accurate and waiting in the pick up area. If not (on the rare occasion overlooked due to rush) I'll pass my name on so they can work on it. read more

Don't come here. A short drive away is Margaritas. You will find a more varied and full menu, as well as better service and ambience! This is the worst Moes I have EVER been to, and I have patronized more than I can recall. First, it is Cinco de Mayo, and we are here for a late lunch and they ran out of the advertised T shirts early this morning. Second, they only filled our cup of Queso halfway...for three people! When I returned to the counter and asked for them to fill it a bit more (like every other Moes franchise does), they rudely refused. They said they never fill it full, only halfway and that is their policy. It is not the policy in any Moes franchise to which I have been previously, so I simply will not be back to this one! On 9/24/19 between 6:20pm-6:26pm. I observe the manager that works for this company flip a piece of lettuce into my burrito bowl without any gloves on and thought that I did not see him. I confronted him and told him that I saw that he touched my food without any gloves. Not sure what this Moe's has going on but the franchise itself normally has fresh food, this location however never have fresh food and the flavor of the food is off taste likes it sits in the refrigerator and they just take it out and serve it. Yes, this is the place! On our way back home and stopped in for some grub. Friendly service. Greeted immediately. Ordered quickly. Helped through the process as it was our first time here and we don't really know what comes with what. When they smothered my burrito in queso I said 'oh my' outloud which the staff seemed to enjoy! Yes, I LOVE QUESO! Made our way through the salsa bar, grabbed our drink and sat down to chow down. The three salsas were all great. Tasty and not bland. The queso was really good. The guacamole was fantastic. My smothered burrito was about the best I have had. A good mix of carnitas, veggies, black beans and a bit of rice. (I ordered a small amount of rice and they actually listened!) Everything was great and we recommend this place to you. Staff were super friendly and efficient. Kept the place clean. Bottom line, ok food and not a great atmosphere. Road tripping through the area and needed to get some food with the family. We were walking up and a young guy in a black hat (backwards) and young woman were up on the roof above Moe's. The young man propositioned me sexually in a high pitched voice... If I remember right he said "Can i suck you d***". Not funny when we have our young kids with us. Should have just turned around at that point but we were there and needed food. As other reviews have stated, this place starts closing up early and is not exactly a welcoming place within about an hour of closing. We arrived about 2 hours before closing so we felt it would be ok. We ordered our food and the staff behind the counter were helpful and full of jokes with each other. Right before we paid I saw a young man who looked a lot like the guy on the roof come in the side/back door and throw some chips in the fryer before ringing up our order. The main food was good but about half the chips were undercooked (floppy), oily and not very good. Anyways, we finished up and like the other reviews said the place was already closing up over an hour before closing. They were saying things like "8:30 is close enough to 9:30 right?". We went to throw away our trash and one trashcan was empty with a sign saying to use the other trash up front. We went to use the trashcan up front and it was full to the point of having to mash it down after each tray. Not your typical Moe's. Employees are rude. Chicken was literally cold. Chips were half burnt and half fresh and was hardly given any. Literally threw the food away. Could not eat the tacos. Cheese dip and guacamole were edible but we're not able to finish either due to only having a few chips... note to the employees ~ life is what you make it. Even though this is the only Moe's in town, I do not recommend it at all. Poor customer service. They couldn't find my online order and when they finally found it I had to sit and wait over 15 minutes for them to complete my order. With online orders it should be ready when you get there.
