We got takeout from this restaurant on our cross-country move from FL to UT and it was the absolute highlight of our trip! It was conveniently located just off the interstate, which was especially important to us because we were traveling with our 2 cats in a 26' Penske truck. The service, both when I phoned in my order and picked it up, couldn't have been better and the food was fantastic! Being a vegetarian, I ordered the Regina's Plate, which was very different and absolutely delicious. My husband had a bean burrito and a cheese enchilada, and he echoed my sentiments. This place will rip you off!! Make sure to check your receipt. I didn't check it until after I left. My plate should have cost 14.99 but she charged me 15.99 plus 3 dollars that she never mentioned and when I asked her about the 3 dollars she's like oh I thought it wouldn't charge you but I guess it did. Also you get charged a 4% fee if you use the card. My apps were good but my main meal was not good at all. The ground beef was dry and unseasoned. And you could tell it had been sitting for a while so it definitely wasn't fresh. Also when she explained what I had ordered it came out completely different than what she had told me. I will never eat here. They will scam you out of money and not tell you until it's too late. The flautas were dry as hell too along with the meat inside. The only thing I liked was the chorizo queso that was delicious. Very disappointed about this business scamming and stealing money from its customers. It's like a random shack. We walked inside and nobody greeted us, they just looked at us like we were supposed to know what to do. They told us to sit anywhere and the first place we went to sit they said "oh not there." Just seat us then. Or put reserved on the tables you don't want people sitting at. The food tasted like those Walmart microwaveable Mexican foods you can get for $8 but it cost twice that much for mediocre food. Traffic on the highway gave us this lucky stop foodies! The restaurant is on the right side of the highway (north) in a strip mall. It was loud, jam packed with two different rooms. One is restaurant side and other is the bar. Great fun either way! Huge menu with a great assortment of food. I LOVE Mexican food. I had the fajita combo with chicken and beef. Very good and filling. Service was excellent! Thankfully because it will have to carry the weight of a not so great, flavor. Inside, the atmosphere is a bit typical of a strip store/shopping center restaurant. It's simple, Latin music playing, tvs, a full bar, and plenty of space I ordered the combo 11, to sample a few things. The presentation was ok. I don't like my taco bathing in the sauce of the enchilada or burrito and it was. So, soggy taco that started to fall apart. The enchilada and tiny burrito (enchilada size) and both in the same sauce, which I'm not familiar. I opted all chicken, and it lacks flavor; kinda like chicken in the chicken n dumplings at Cracker Barrel! Still go check it out and be sure to have a Margot's too! read more

Great service great Mexican food (northern Chihuahua style) the food I grew up with in El Paso without having to drive another 4 hours west to El Paso. The red cheese enchiladas and the chile relleno Anaheim chile not poblano! Was spot on! I went back and had the shredded beef flautas de deshebrada, that is my comfort go to food so so good! Came here for breakfast. Everyone was very nice. My husband had menudo and I ordered the eggs with chorizo. We appreciated that even for breakfast they gave us a basket of chips and salsa, which were very good. The menudo was very spicy which they didn't warn us about (most places we've been its not spicy), the eggs with chorizo were decent, the beans that came with it were good. We also ordered mixed berry smoothies which were very creamy and delicious. The negatives were that our tortillas turned stale quickly as they were wrapped in foil and I imagine not of great quality, we wish they spicy level was better established (I didn't order a different item because the waitress couldn't say for sure if it was spicy or not), and their tables and ambiance could be nicer. For the price you can't beat this place though, I would definitely come again if I don't feel like making Mexican at home. read more

Stopped here on our way to do some shopping. Breakfast was awesome! Migas Don Chuy was the bomb. Beans and hash browns were perfect. Tortillas were kinda thin but sufficed. The pancakes were cooked just right. Crispy around the edges and soft in the middle. Tea was just right. Waitress was great. The music was turned up for some reason but was not annoying. Ate there for the first time tonight and everything from start to finish was great. We were seated right away. Our server was attentive and checked on us regularly. My wife ordered the chicken mole and I had the menudo. Both of us thought the food was delicious. Incredibly authentic and full of flavor. Definitely some of the best Mexican food in Midland. We stopped here twice while passing through to Dallas. The food is great and you cannot go wrong with the bean and chorizo dip.

It was a very horrible night 02-20-24 First of all it took over 15min before we were asked for our drink order after we were sat down. Then it took over 20mins before we were asked for our food order, and on top of all that it was at least an 1hr or so before the food came to the table. The food was not great at all. We order a breakfast burrito and it wasn't mentioned to us that they didn't have the burrito we ordered. That was over the hr of us wanting for our food. So we then asked for a different kind of burrito and the cooks thought that it would be funny and sent my grandson a burrito with pulled apart hot dog Winnie covered in Tomatoes and lettuce that was put together very nasty. Then after we told them of the bs they did it was witnessed they were laughing of the f-up at the cooks window. Also the men restroom had water in the floor with was hard to see on the way it was camouflage in, and one of our males that was in our party sleep and fell in the restroom with wet toilet paper in the floor and he had hurt his wrist and back and also got his clothes wet not knowing if it was urine mixed up in it. We notified the Manger at which she was supper nice and very helpful through this slip and fall. But I will not return back to this eating establishment, I just can't believe how poor quality of food that was served to us. I will say this the manger didn't charge for the meal and I appreciate that but the food was poor quality. read more

We've been going to Garely's since they moved to the I-20 location, almost 2 years ago. We really used to like it. Sadly, it has gone downhill considerably in the last few months. After last night, I doubt that we'll ever go back. The service was pretty good compared to the previous visit, but the food was just not very good. My wife had veggie fajitas and which consisted primarily of onions and carrots. She left most of the onions and they covered half the plate. There was NO seasoning on the veggies. I had the pollo con alfredo, which was pretty bland. The tortillas were hard and I asked our waitress if they were left over from lunch. The chips weren't very good and half the basket was just crumbs. The best part of my meal was the water. The restaurant itself was in poor shape. At first glance, all of the tables appeared to be dirty, but actually it was the cheap finish coming off. I found myself continually trying to wipe the table clean and it was just spots in the finish. Two of the corners were broken off of my square plate. It's obvious that this place doesn't keep up with maintenance, and the broken plates might be a violation of the city health code (the broken section can trap bacteria and broken off ceramic particles could get into food). This restaurant has always been the most inconsistent place we've eaten at. The salsa is always different, even when we ask for a refill, the second serving isn't the same as the first. Main course servings always varied, but at least they were good. Not this time. It appears that whoever manages this place just doesn't care. Too bad. read more
