And, maybe more than 3 little pieces of onion + 3 olive pieces + NOT more rice than you want so it "seems like more" but is only "cheap rice" filling it up! Several visits to this location now. It's always been sub par. This time I think I've had it. The men's room had zero soap dispensers working and 1 out of two sinks working. Cool until you realize that the people that prepare your food also use this facility and now can't wash the fecal matter off their hands. What did I do about it? I told a member of the staff. (I'm pretty sure he spoke English.) Fast forward to after my leisurely meal about 30 minutes and I go to wash up so I don't get burrito smell on my car and what do I find? Exactly how I found it when I first got here. NO SOAP! Employees must wash hands prior to returning to work? Ha! Not here! Instead of "Welcome to Moe's" I think "Welcome to E. coli illness." It's going to be a while before I can go here again. Hot tip... Chipotle is just up the street. Update: I wrote to corporate and got a response but it felt like a brush off. The response email brought up things that I didn't have issues with. So I guess I wasn't clear enough when I said employees and patrons should have a place to wash their hands in the men's room and food prepping items should not be colocated with cleaning rags and other supplies. If I could give it less than one star I would. The most horrible place I've ever ordered from. It took them after calling the store over 40 minutes to make my order the excuse was they were busy. Then when I received the order I got the wrong order missing items. I've even delivered food from this restaurant and the wait time is horrible. I think corporate really needs to look at the store of either they're going to take online orders from customers or dine in orders and to make sure when orders leave that they are correct. The worst Moe's I've wether been to. The floors were sticky (even in the bathrooms), the trash was over flowing. The chips were cold and unsalted. The serving sizes of bowls, burritos, and chips are noticeably smaller than other Moe's. Burritos and bowls were probably 1/2 the size we get else where. read more

Moe's is great! It features fast casual Mexican cuisine that's made to order while you watch. If you can't figure out the menu offerings, just tell the friendly staff that you want a chicken taco, for example, and they'll hook you up. And do buy some queso for dunking your free chips... yum, and double yum. Good stuff, that queso. Mondays are Moe Mondays... $5 for a burrito, drink & chips (still have to pay a little extra for the queso, but it is so worth it). And on Tuesdays families get one free kid's meal for each adult's meal purchased. (Plus on Tuesdays they often have special activities scheduled for children.) So Mondays and Tuesdays tend to be busy. But the dining room is large and bright, featuring plenty of comfortable seating, 4 suspended tvs and a gas fireplace. This Moe's takes both the SU and LeMoyne dining cards, so it's another option for hungry students. The food is delicious, the ingredients fresh. And the staff will do its best to accommodate special dietary requirements like vegan and gluten-free. All in all, Moe's is the best choice in the Shoppingtown area for fast casual Mexican food that tastes great and is easy on the budget. read more

HOWEVER, this Moe's location does not measure up to other Moe's I've gone to. The beans are often over-cooked and mushy, the tortilla chips are also over-fried or fried unevenly. The workers are often inconsistent with the portions they give you. This place is in a great location and has been busy since opening a year ago. Choosing all your own ingredients is what makes this place one of my favorites. It's also the only fast food place I regularly eat at since they have so many healthy vegetarian options. I have been here a few times and most recently tried the Super Kingpin quesadilla. It was loaded with tons of cheese and I selected my own fillings. It comes with a side of sour cream and, as always, numerous options for salsa which you help yourself to. They have endless drink options which you select from their drink machine. My only complaint about the drinks are that the three teas, green tea, unsweetened black tea and sweetened black tea, are served at room temperature. I have been to Moe's for a few years now, and went again today. I got a burrito, and so did two others in my group. We found that the burritos today fell completely apart; I had to eat mine with a fork! Also, I had to wait another five minutes for tofu, and they put cucumbers on my burrito when I asked for green peppers! The chips were cooked too much. One other person in my group had a tofu bowl and liked it (as usual). Overall, I was disappointed by my meal, because normally Moe's is a great casual place to go!
