    Guacamole!

I've never actually been to a Moe's, but when running some errands in the Haute I decided to run by and grab a salad for dinner. Really impressed that I was greeted upon entry and all staff were wearing their masks appropriately (as well as gloves). The restaurant was very clean, as well. The young man who made my salad explained the options and made me a HUGE vegetarian taco "close talker" salad. The free chips were a nice touch, as well. As far as fast-ish food goes, it was really good! My salad tasted fresh and the guacamole I ordered on the side was a nice snack the next day with the chips. Overall I was very satisfied with the service, price and quality of the food.

This location is probably the most unfriendly. It's been a while since I've visited a Moe's and I thought it would be a typical visit but they didn't want to give more than half scoops of rice and beans and veggies. Then when I got to the register, he didn't even tell me the total and reached for my card. I sat and ate my meal then the gentleman began to sweep, clean tables, and spray areas. I thought it was a bit disrespectful for him to do that while I was eating. Overall it was not a memorable experience.

Welcome to Moe's! That's what you'll hear as you walk through the doors to this Tex-Mex joint. We went on a Saturday about noon. It wasn't too crowded but was starting to fill up as we left. My first impression was good: the colors are bright and vibrant, everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The menu and concept is similar to Chipotle (which I'm a big fan of). All of the menu items are names taken from movies and TV, kinda cool. Art Vandalay anyone? I tried the "Wrong Doug." Imagine a Crunchwrap Supreme from Taco Bell...on crack. It was pretty darn good. I opted for one with chicken and a ton of veggies: mushrooms, onions, peppers, lettuce, etc. This should come with a disclaimer though: it was messy. Then again, I'm the one that told them to put the garden on it. Even though I used a small tree's worth of napkins, I still give it 2 thumbs up. Every meal comes with free chips. How can you hate that? I also tried the queso cheese dip. Dude, it's like liquid awesomeness. That's all I have to say about that. There's a ton of options for drinks. They had the Coke freestyle machine so you can get your Sprite-peach-vanilla-pomegranate-lilac nectar drink on if that's your thang. We had 2 kids in tow also. They seemed to like it. We ate outside as the weather was perfect. The price seemed reasonable and the quality of food was great. The staff treated us great and we really had a good experience. Overall it was a great lunch! Definitely will be going back sometime. And dude, did I mention the queso?

$5.99 Moe Monday any burrito with chips & drink from 10 am-10 pm. I ordered the Home wrecker burrito. Guacamole best ANYWHERE!

Excellent food as always!! Love Moe's and their $5.99 burrito, chips and drink on Moe Mondays just puts the guacamole on the burrito ;-)

I was really craving Mexican food, and I decided to try a new spot. The food sounded good, and I liked the description of the nachos, so I ordered them and decided to add on a side of Mexican street corn. It was ok. First off, the corn was very overcooked. Small kernels. Very juicy, but not in a good wat. I took about 2 spoonfuls and pretty much tossed the rest. The nachos were not very good. I know this was a delivery and I have to make concessions for some saturation making the chips not as crunchy, but even the chips they gave me on the side were very thin and oily and would never hold up in a nacho setting. The meat (carnitas) was very dry and stringy. The guacamole lacked seasoning as did the rice and beans. And, the salsa had a pulled-from-the-refrigerator flavor. I maybe ate a third of the nachos and then tossed those out as well. I did not eat any of the chips and salsa after the initial taste. I was really bummed as I had hoped for a good meal, but I won't be trying this restaurant again and will try others next time I am in town.

But when you get a bill of $30 for 3 people during the late lunch hour (what a steal!), and for value, this place is a 5 star. Twice, I have dined here, both for a late lunch with my parents after visiting the Catmosphere across the street. Juan C was our server both times and he was very kind to my older parents, thank you for that Juan. Although my dad and I order standard items from the menu, my mom needs simply a plain ground beef burrito with cheese and nothing else. Like nothing...tortilla, beef, cheese, nothing else on the plate please. Basic. Juan delivered and adjusted the price accordingly. For Terre Haute, this Mexican food is pretty OK....not great...but pretty good. Juan the server was authentically nice. In the footprint of a former bank, this place is decoratively a mismatch of many things. A mismatch of colors, bank relics, chair fabrics, flooring, parking lot is odd.... It is what it is. Bathrooms could use a remodel, cashier area seems odd, front entrance area cramped. So with that, Mis Tres Potrillios is a 3, but I would go back. Support the local guy. (new paint

We tried quesabirria which was good too. Definitely ask for the house salsas- habanero and green options, as these really make the tacos. The "Americanized" chips and salsa were good but average. Worth the trip for good tacos and salsa. Do not expect a peaceful or fancy environment. There are a few booths, it's connected to a small store, and the employees, while efficient at their jobs, are loudly playing music and videos on their phones competing with the music playing through the store speakers.

Super tacos means with sour cream, cheese, and pico and it makes them impossible to close and challenging to eat. If you gotta have those things on your taco, you won't be disappointed, but the regular tacos are probably fine. The tortillas are good and the meat is tasty, this is definitely the thing to order here. Pupusas was interesting but probably wouldn't order it again, kind of like a tortilla pancake with meat stuffing. Chicken empanada was ok, needs some kind of dipping sauce. Breading was soft but and seemed baked instead of fried, which gave it a unique texture. The tamales are huge! Didn't get to try one, but if you're into that they look great. Chips were a little stale, red salsa was ok, they do have a habanero sauce that's great on the tacos. Overall, it's cheap and good, nice and casual, I'll be back.
