The pizza and wings here are fantastic. Doing keto, and I was first attracted to their keto pizza crust, which is cauliflower, and it's is absolutely delicious. Taste even better then regular crust in my opinion. Definitely visiting again! read more

We love this place! You can get Gluten Free Pizza or full awesomeness Calzones and everything in between. We customize our Calzones, because we skip the ricotta. The staff always get it right and it is hot and fresh! When indoor seating is an option, it is BYOB and they have a station with wine openers and glasses. AND we have been there so much, on the rare occasion there is staff turnover, and they don't get a highly customized order just right .... just tell them. With their customer service, they will address it! But with COVID we have used delivery more, and it fast and accurate! Try them, you won't be sorry! read more

Gosh. I hate leaving a one star review. Worst Friday night pizza experience!!! Placed an order for curbside. Showed up at my allotted time and called to give my parking number. Whoever picked up the phone didn't answer and I could hear background noise. I walked in after 30 seconds because it was apparent something was wrong. Came in and was met by a very confused employee when I gave him my name. (He told me later he was the manager) He looked at the to go orders and looked puzzled and then went to the back. Meanwhile all of the employees I could see were not working...they were either talking with each other standing around and one was looking at his phone. He returned and was apologetic and said he didn't know what had happened but he didn't have my order. He inquired if I placed it on menufy; I pulled up my confirmation email. He said they could remake my order. At this point, based on the bad experience, I called my husband who told me to cancel the order. The employee refunded my card. My kids had been looking forward to trying the pizza here. Super disappointing experience. To the store's credit, the guy I interacted with was a nice guy. He was apologetic. Not sure what happened here but I really wish it had worked out. The pizza combos online looked so yummy. :( read more

Perhaps the worst service I've ever experienced. Friday evening I phoned in a to-go order. I showed up to pick it up and they had "lost the order". Put in the order again, and sat in my car for 20 minutes. Went in to pick it up and the order they gave me was someone else's. This time they said there were 2 customers with the same name and they had given the other customer my order. This was obviously untrue since my order was a single pizza and the order they handed me was three pizzas and a pasta dish. One last time they put the order back in and in 15 minutes they finally got it right. They apologized for the confusion (mistakes do happen), and said the owner would call me Monday and that my pizza would be comped. The owner never called and the pizza was never comped. I think I understand now. If the owner doesn't care about customer service, then neither will his employees. read more

All in all, not a bad place. I didn't try the pizza as I was not feeling that hungry so I decided to try the chicken parmesan sandwich instead. It was OK, nothing that really blew my mind or anyhing like that. But for $7.99 it comes with a choice of chips or salad. So not a bad deal. It took longer to come to our table than it should have, as we were the only ones in the entire place. One thing that did offend me was the guy working in the back smelled like he hadn't bathed in a couple weeks. When he came up to the register as we were ordering, the smell of body odor hit me in the face like a Mike Tyson punch. I felt sorry for the poor girl that works there with him. read more

Pizza was hot and delicious, with generous meat and cheese, and not a huge wait. Crust was thinnish and crispy, just the way we like (although I see other crusts available, including cauliflower). Pizza rolls-pepperoni are a GREAT value at six for $5.99, with garlic butter and marinara dipping sauces. Next time I'll have the chef salad. Or maybe a gyro sandwich. Murphy is lucky to have them. I LOVE this pizza!!! My favorite pizza is the All Meat Marvel. They have a whole wheat crust, too, that pairs nicely with the meats. It is a small, sit-down restaurant that is never crowded. The owner's son went to school with our daughter for years and they graduated from Plano East Senior High together. I was very disappointed in my service and even my margarita pizza on Sept 17 2021. We have been enjoying good pizza and good Serivce from Mogio's Pizza for many years. Mogio's pizza is the only pizza we eat. Will tonight Sept 17 it was not good pizza and I did not have good service. I called in an order at 8:13 for a margarita pizza. I was put on hold for over 7 minutes. I hung up and called back the girl who answered said would you please hold. I told her I have been holding for 7 minutes and no one returned to take my order. So she took my order. I ordered a medium margarita pizza extra cheese and onion. I asked for delivery she said it would take 1 hr and 15 minutes but if picked it up it would be 30 minutes. So I said I would pick it up. I said do you want my credit card No was her reply you can pay when you get here. So I arrived within the 30 minutes. I paid for my pizza. I sat there and I sat there others came I got their pizza and left So I went to the count. I stood there for at least 5 minutes No One would acknowledged me or ask me if I need help. They acted like they did not even see me standing there. Finally one girl asked the guys who waited on me if he had and he said yes but my order had not even been processed. 15 minutes has pasted since I arrived. So I am waiting again. Finally at 9:29 I got my pizza. Needless to say I was not a happy customer. In all the years I have bought pizza here this was the worse service I have ever had. Plus it was the worse pizza. the margarita pizza had no spinach on it and maybe 3 pieces of hamburger meat it was the worse pizza I have had here plus the worse service. They were not overly business either. The main girl ( she seemed to be in charge)all she was interested in was counting the tip jar for the evening. She could care less that the customer was waiting for a pizza for over an hour. Very very disappointed The pizza was not even in the oven when I arrived it was at least 15 minutes after I arrive that they discovered NO ONE even filled my order. I left at 9:18. Got home and discover No spinach on the margarita Pizza it was basically a cheese pizza maybe 2-4 pieces of Hamburger meat. Mogio's is owned by, of course, Mogio, who moved to Murphy from Chicago via Greece. The restaurant is in a new strip center off of Hwy 544 in Murphy. Walk in and you're welcomed by a friendly staff. The decor is nice, yet casual. . .the place can probably seat 20-30 people. It's BYOB, dunno about any corking fee but doubt that there is. Mogio's kitchen is somewhat limited, so dishes are limited to pizza, pasta, sandwiches, salads and desserts. His pizzas are Neopolitan style crust-wise, so if you like ultra thin crust, it's his specialty. He makes a number of specialty pies with varied toppings. The food is always seasoned correctly. I'd give the place a 4.5 due to its limitations but you can't give half stars here. Given his effort and the fact that the food's good, I'll round up rather than down. read more

This used to be a great pizza place. Tonight, our experience was terrible. Kids running the place. The girl running the register was personable and the best part of the night. Employees look like they rolled out of bed, taking selfies and some of the staff were dropping F bombs. I got up and addresses it without even an I'm sorry. Mogio's is our go-to pizza joint in our neighborhood. The pizza is thin crust and crispy, just the way I like it. Our favorite pizzas to get there is the All Meat Marvel and Susan's Favorites. They have a good variety of toppings with an option of getting whole wheat for $1 more. Overall, it's quaint and cozy, BYOB, great pizza, and the owner and staff are very friendly. I've been eating at and ordering from Mogio's for as long as I've lived in the Wylie area (about 13 years). They have wonderful pizza, pasta's, sandwiches, any part of their menu is really great. Horrible pizza and service. I ordered two thin crust pizzas. BOTH were soggy and couldn't even hold the toppings. I barely had any sauce on one pizza and toppings just sloppily thrown on. I ordered the chicken parmesan sandwich; my husband had the King pizza. In both cases, the food was a bit bland. The ingredients were all there, and the quality of the ingredients seemed great, but then you took a bite and...nothing. There just wasn't the explosion of flavors you'd expect. I added salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to my food, and still the food was just okay. In hindsight, I think the food was missing garlic and italian seasonings, in addition to just salt and pepper. It's a cute date spot. I would have really liked to return here. In fairness, I think my husband and I tend to enjoy stronger tasting foods (we're Indian), so others may still enjoy Mogio's. The restaurant was lovely, but probably just not for us. :-( read more

I've ordered pizza and calzones from here a few times and they've always been great, so my brother and I stopped in and decided to try a pasta dish. Both of our dishes were luke warm and nothing to right home about. I really don't know how they weren't burning hot as there were maybe 3 or 4 other tables, but the cheese sticks however were fantastic. It has been days since I have ate, My first thought... MOGIOS! I run to the car and head straight to Mogios. I walk through the door and BOOM! It hits me! The smell of tasty food goes through my nose, and my mouth starts to water. I go to the front desk and order a pizza! The pizza came out in a matter of minutes. Just got back from Mogio's. We ordered the Rustica, the Grecian Alfredo, the Veggie, and two kids' pizzas. Everyone thought it was really good! The pizzas are all very inventive and appetizing. I would love to try more. The crust is thin and had a nice, light crisp. The sauces and toppings were all very flavorful and fresh tasting. The interior of the restaurant is very warm and inviting, I thought it was really cute. It did get a little loud because the place was pretty much packed. (But, my kids are always loud, so that can actually be a good thing because then we aren't the only ones!) The service was great, even with it being pretty busy. We'll definitely return.
