They patiently walked me through the process and answered all my questions without any high pressure tactics. They thought through ways for me to save money without compromising efficiency. Their estimate was significantly less than those of other companies I contacted. I truthfully cannot say enough about the installation crew of Cody and Brian. This was a four-day job and throughout Cody and Brian were communicative, courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable about optimum installation methods. They cleaned up at the end of each day and took every precaution to prevent any damage to walls, etc., during installation of heavy and awkward water heaters and furnaces on both the main and second levels. Then, Peter and his crew from Bob's sister electrical company, Washington Energy Services, like the Bob's crew, went above-and-beyond. Peter spent a lot of time analyzing the situation to come up with the most efficient, cost effective and least intrusive methods to update the wiring to accommodate the new equipment. Bottom line: Bob's far exceeded my expectations on every level.

My parents had received a quote from a well-known company but after I reviewed their 3 quotes (all of which were pages long) for a panel replacement, I saw the sales tactics straight away. Moath will not attempt to sell you on things you do not need and will not try to confuse you with multiple unnecessary options or pass you around to multiple points of contact. He will know what you need and provide an honest quote. After delivering the quote, he will allow you to make your own decision without constantly texting, emailing or calling for an answer. That is one of the qualities I appreciate as a customer. Upon his arrival he got to work right away. His work is meticulous. His wiring organization is superb, his cuts into the wall were clean & asked us for input on how we would like to run new wires. He answered any questions we had. He is professional, respectful, polite, prompt, trustworthy & efficient. I will also leave this note for you all to read as well because the person who referred me to Moath prefers not to leave online reviews: Moath was called to solve an electrical issue when a big company was not able to figure out. This company charged us $300 for the visit (mind you, they didn't fix anything). What stood out was how quickly he was able to find the actual problem--it didn't feel like guesswork. After fixing it, he tested everything again to make sure all the outlets were working properly. That extra step mattered to me because it showed he wasn't just trying to do a quick fix and leave. He also gave some practical advice on a few devices in the house that weren't really useful and what could replace them. I asked him about EV charging, and he walked me through different options, including cost and tradeoffs, in a way that was easy to understand.
