Our panel was done fairly recently by another Seattle electrician. Unfortunately, we had a lot of problems with the panel and we were constantly tripping circuits. Marcus came out to take a look, suggested some cleanup and breaker replacements, and did the job within a day. I have seriously not had a single breaker trip since then, which is amazing since before I was having to trek out there a couple times a day. He is professional and communicates well. Furthermore, he is highly accountable. He had finished the panel upgrade, and an inspector asked for further adjustments and nitpicked his work (things like removing paint and how a nipple needs to be installed a certain way). Because I had tenants moving in, I had to have him come back months later. Once the time came around, he did the job, got inspector to approve, and got PSE to get power back on very quickly.
