Some door to…read moredoor salesman came by and convinced my roommate to switch over from spectrum because of how much better and faster frontier was. We went from "100mbps" with spectrum to "150mbps" with frontier. Ummm this is false, I have done numerous speed tests (when the WiFi is actually working, which is half the time) and it's about 1/4 the speed of spectrum. We have one device hooked up to the Ethernet cable and that's the only device that seems to work. The WiFi is an absolute joke. It cuts out constantly and my fire stick & ps4 give me error codes and trouble shooting info. The troubleshooting says to reboot modem and if that doesn't work to contact our service provider. Rebooting doesn't work so what do we do? We call frontier. Once we were connected to somebody we explained the issues and were told that it was because we had more than one device connected to WiFi or we could be having issues if the modem is near a microwave. Are you kidding me?! First off the modem is 15 yards from the microwave so that's BS, secondly because we have more than one device connected?!?! That's absolutely asinine!!! We then asked if we could upgrade our modem, and were transferred to somebody else. After 15 minutes on hold we were told that they don't offer any other modem than the crap one they gave us! We then get transferred to customer retention but we ended up hanging up because of how frustrated we were with them. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time or money with this "company". We're switching back to spectrum on Monday. Never had a single issue with their customer service or internet service. Thanks for the help frontier, you've lost another customer. (After 1 week) Signal: very good Connection: Connected with problems.

    I've been here twice and always enjoy the service. My most recent experience was with Jess. She…read morereally went above and beyond to help me get things worked out when I had to replace my phone. She was friendly and helpful, talked with me to pass time while we got my phone switched over. She tried to get the phone case I wanted from another Victra location. Unfortunately the other location wasn't responding. Either way I highly recommend this specific locatio because they let you take your time to look at devices and more importantly, they do not push you to buy more and more items. Side note: the Victra kiosk at the mall had the case I needed. The sales rep at the kiosk was extremely pushy trying to "get me a deal" which involved buying more things I wasn't interested in. She did get the case I wanted but I was bothered by how pushy she was when I made it clear I had been helped by Jess at the other location. This lady went as far as to say "oh they didn't help you out". She did end up getting the case I wanted but I felt it was unnecessary for her pushing on sales.

    I came into the Victra store off of Roy Roger's and was helped by an associate named John. I came…read morein to upgrade our business phone to a iPhone 17 pro max, which was in stock until I called him on trying to scam me into buying a bundle.. Case, charger, and screen protector. He told me it was 100% required for me to purchase the phone. After I called Victra customer service, which verified IT IS NOT MANDATORY TO BUY THE BUNDLE.. The store no longer had the iPhone available for purchase and someone was coming to pick it up tomorrow. He tried to scam me and got his feelings hurt when I called the customer service line. Isn't a Verizon retailers purpose supposed to be selling phones? Don't waste your time going in, They are doing everything but, selling phones. You got kids walking around with iPads. Get some Verizon Employees in there.
