This place is without a doubt THE WORST auto repair shop experience ever. They gave me a $1200 estimate for a passenger door dent and scrape repair, and said work would be done in a week. Five days later they said they were sending it to their sister shop (literally run by their sister) to complete the work. The sister shop in Victorville sent me a new estimate for $500, which apparently was just the insurance deductible. When I go to pick it up, the actual cost billed as $2800, including the $500 deductible. The work was done over two weeks later, and they either broke the cruise control lever or ripped it out to replace it with a broken one from another vehicle. Judging by the damage to the steering column (which has nothing to do with a door repair) they switched my cruise control out with another broken one, unless they broke the original one and damaged the steering column unsuccessfully trying to fix it. I tried to call them 20 minutes after I picked the car up: no answer, no answering machine... just like multiple other times that I tried to contact them. Not sure how one could get any worse "service" than this. It was one lie after another, ridiculously slow turn-around time, insurance fraud as well as theft and/or vandalism. I brought my car here because it was in a accident the damaged area was repaired but upon delivery I noticed my car was missing parts. And a couple months later bolts started falling off my car went to a more professional shop and they told me they didn't torque down my motor mounts don't recommend this shop if you want your car to receive your car in perfect condition. read more

My car was repaired here and the paint looks like I did it myself, the bumper in the front is loose and was popping out from the side they repaired. I had to pop it back together myself. The fuel door is out of adjustment and rubs . All over the car there is paint blems and things sticking out of the paint. Louis has been stringing me along excuses all day long why he can't get me in there to get these fixed. I brought it in today and he was telling me if he didn't get paid for the work from my insurance company he was not responsible for the crappy paint they did . My paint looks terrible and they are cool with that . The first time I picked the car up I brought it right back to them for all kinds of paint blems. I picked up my car and he said to bring it back in to get it buffed and Detailed. The paint was still wet. I took my car to get the rims replaced at another shop and my rear shock bolt fell out and my rear wheel almost ripped off my car . I wish I could do 0 stars but you can't. I'm just happy to let others know about this place. If you want a paint job with no warranty and you want it to look horrible come here ! The paint quality is a joke! I went to them at the recommendation of my insurance. They have great customer service and did what they had to to ensure my car got running correctly again. It did take almost two months but I never felt as if I was getting the run around and they were in constant contact with my insurance adjuster. There was a snafu with enterprise and my rental car but it was not their fault. read more

From the very start they were very attentive to everything from from the estimate to the explanation of fixing my car. I had told them that I preferred OEM parts and that's exactly what they did. I was in a minor accident where a call side swiped me on the freeway. I took my car to Fix Auto at the recommendation of my insurance company. Staff was so friendly, polite, and accommodating. Staff looked at my car and offered to first see if the could buff out my repairs. They were very honest with letting me know which areas of my bumper would remained scuffed without being replaced.
