Happy to report that these days they're always open! The bread is incredible, the pastries delicious, and the sandwiches are high quality too. I know from personal experience with Pamela's GF baking mix just how easy it is to make a delicious chocolate GF banana bread that is just as good as the wheat version. Luna could probably even make one where their wheat eaters wouldn't even notice the difference. Anywho, that is my gf fantasy. In conclusion, if your body can tolerate sourdough, get to Luna! The food was absolutely amazing, but what also made the experience memorable was their presence and setup itself. Their cooking station felt almost sculptural, and watching them prepare the meal was performative in the best way - engaging, thoughtful, and part of the experience.
