The parking is a bit crazy, they do have someone trying to help direct traffic through the parking lot. If you don't want to brave that though, there's plenty of street parking. It's busy but there's a lot of indoor and outdoor seating and the turnover pace is pretty good. Things can be a bit loud if you hit the crowded times, but really it's a popular spot for good reason. I got the sweet potato hash and it had the perfect mix of veggies and eggs and was cooked just right. I also tried one of their tea blends and it really hit the spot. The staff is all very friendly and helpful as well and the food comes out quickly. Anyway, great experience as always at the Grove!

The bread is clearly baked fresh and was nice and crusty on the outside and fluffy with the perfect chew on the inside. My mini me 1 inhaled her grilled cheese (of which my husband ordered the full size and also demolished his), and mini me 2 and I shared the toasted tuna melt. Good balance of tuna, celery, and bread ratio, but I didn't dig the olives in it. There's a mini kale salad that comes with entrees, and it was healthy and palatable for kale. We did end up balancing that green with the pistachio cruffin and pistachio chocolate chip cookie. Would definitely go back for the cruffin with its flaky layers and luscious pastry cream. Cookie was less impressive but still worth the impulse buy. Indoor and breezy outdoor seating available. Highly recommend!

While frequent hand washing is being practiced, the bakers dont wear gloves while pounding out the dough. I do so much in my own kitchen by feel that I can see the necessity of bare hands when folding and rolling pastry, but as there isn't a dedicated server/cashier, the lack of gloves made Raz a little nervous. On the other hand, the strudel is thoroughly worth nearly any risk, as I've never had one so good. I think the red berries were cherry, and I've no idea what went into the sweet cream, but I've been dreaming of it for a couple weeks. We tried to go back for more last Sunday, only to find that despite an internet posting of Sunday hours, Mas is closed on Sundays. I'm not thoroughly deterred, and I figure it's not too far out of the way of my daily commute that I might not be able to try for more strudel mid week...

Looks like they make their own bagels. I didn't have one though. I had their special French toast with strawberries and whipped cream. Also had a London Fog with espresso and blackberry flavor. The place was well decorated, clean, and had a wide array of baked goods that looked delicious. There was a large dining area with soft jazz music playing, reminiscent of a bagel shop in NYC. Prompted by one of the other Yelp reviews, I ordered the breakfast sandwich (choice of bagel, eggs, cheese, and meat). I opted for turkey sausage on a red chile bagel. I also ordered an iced Americano since they didn't offer cold brew. The Americano was refreshingly strong and very tasty. The espresso didn't taste burnt or like the machine hadn't been cleaned in a while (you can tell). Sadly, the breakfast sandwich was underwhelming. There was a large quantity of eggs and not enough cheese, and the flavor of the red chile was overpowered by everything else. Next time, I'd like to try a toasted bagel with a cream cheese that accentuates the flavor of the bagel.

It sits back a block off the main drag and the parking is on the street but it is just a great place. First of all the food is good. They have something for everyone. They work hard to get everyone's orders just right. They can do the whole gluten sensitivity, dairy allergy, snowflake type of food. So if you're looking for a place that can work with you to avoid any food allergies they always seem to come through for us. As for the staff and service, I think it's great. They have that breakfast place vibe. A great sense of humor. High energy and everyone, customers and staff are all laughing and chattering. Awesome vibes! As for ambiance, the inside is cool. Everything in that place has a story and the whole place is talking. We usually sit outside. The sun is warm in the mornings and there is little traffic and usually we get into a conversation with someone sitting nearby because everybody's just so nice and friendly. I highly recommend Santa Cecilia! Keep it laid-back keep it cheerful just go there for a smile decent cup of coffee and a good breakfast, whether it is pastry or sandwich!
