They work hard to get everyone's orders just right. They can do the whole gluten sensitivity, dairy allergy, snowflake type of food. So if you're looking for a place that can work with you to avoid any food allergies they always seem to come through for us. As for the staff and service, I think it's great. They have that breakfast place vibe. A great sense of humor. High energy and everyone, customers and staff are all laughing and chattering. Awesome vibes! As for ambiance, the inside is cool. Everything in that place has a story and the whole place is talking. We usually sit outside. The sun is warm in the mornings and there is little traffic and usually we get into a conversation with someone sitting nearby because everybody's just so nice and friendly. I clearly didn't know what her intention was, but it was clearly NOT well-intentioned. Needless to say, we didn't stay and, honestly have not thought of them since. I just came across them again because of Mia's review and with all of these great reviews I will talk to my partner and maybe we'll give this place another shot. Our cashier (who was also our barista) was the sweetest. She clearly could see the dilemma I was in and mentioned that she could add pumpkin to my chai rather than me changing my drink.
