Before I could reply (within in minutes of receiving the text), a Moksha email popped in my inbox: I had already been rescheduled to a time that was not only inconvenient-- it simply didn't work. This event led me to front desk magic-lady, Loren. Politicians, call center "frontliners," corporate CEOs, healthcare professionals, flight attendants, mid-level manufacturer managers, pharmacy techs, heads of states-- ALL OF US-- could learn from Loren. She is a resolution driven force, who manages customers with warm professionalism as she "sorts things out." In the end, and despite Loren's valiant effort, I opted not to be "squeezed in" because doing so risked inconveniencing other clients. And, no way was I going to adversely my effect my daughter's very first Moksha appointment, especially since she is a longtime Injection Bunny Erika superfan (and yes, this was her first time meeting Erika). And boy did Erika bring on the smiles with her attentive ear and artist eye-- she is a mega-master of her craft. My daughter looks refreshed, revitalized and rejuvenated in the most natural, organic way possible. I have been a Moksha client since they first opened. I wanted to update my initial review so I can show some love to Hania and Mel. My first review just covered my experience with Erika, whom I still see and love. Erika recommended I see Hania for Sculptura. (One of the many reasons I love Moksha is that each provider has a specialty. Erika, Hania and Sheila will refer you to the appropriate "specialist" for your goals. ) I had a fabulous experience with Hania for Sculptura. She patiently explained the process, the difference between Sculptura and filler, and was completely candid about the results I could expect and the timeline. Sculptura is a process and takes several treatments, spaced out over months, to see results. I'm thrilled with my natural results. I saw Mel today for my very first Frax laser treatment. She is an absolute sweetheart! I love her. She was so kind and patient during our pretreatment consultation. She explained *everything* I have had laser treatments in the past, and I have never had a provider take as much time to explain the entire process, from the pretreatment numbing cream to post-treatment care. She was gentle and attentive during the procedure and checked in frequently to make sure I wasn't in pain. She gave me a generous goodie bag of samples to use for my post-treatment care, and wrote out detailed instructions on when to use each product. Her attention to detail is meticulous. The ego in this place is just....wow.The front desk staff is nice but everyone else leaves something to be desired. I have never met an aesthetician who was less interested in me or questions. Upon check out, after getting some Botox that was, eh, okay, my aesthetician was more interested in talking about Bitcoin with the front desk staff than discussing my follow up appointment or anything else. I've given her carte blanche to do what and when she feels necessary, and sometimes that means saying "no" and "not yet". This review is for Kelly for cheek filler last month. I've had tox before but never filler so I was very nervous going into it. Kelly did absolutely nothing to ameliorate my nerves or anxiety. She actually laughed at one of the questions I asked. During the procedure, she had to re insert the needle several times (not like multiple injection sites, she had to remove then reinsert in the same spot). Maybe this is common - never had filler - but it didn't feel good and made me feel concerned. The whole thing was painful and I felt very uncomfortable the whole time. But here's the WORST part: she made comments about my face - "significant volume loss" "you should come back for at least two more syringes" "sagging" - etc that made me question whether it's even worth it to get injections at all. I'm 31. Made me feel like I'm just too old and saggy to even bother with any of it. I mention this just in case others might be sensitive to those types of remarks. Just be prepared... As for the results - I'm not pleased with those either bc they're too subtle to see anything at all but i know that can be expected so that's not the focus of my review. I just hope this will help others consider booking with another injector here if they are at all nervous or insecure about their face because I left feeling WAY more insecure and anxious. read more

I don't have much experience with injectors to compare the ladies at Moksha to. However, I feel comfortable with my moksha injector, Kelly. She listens, makes recommendations and never pushes to do anything outside of my desired outcome. My second rave review about Moksha but every time I go I am so impressed. I went this time for an IPL facial with Annie. She was so patient and kind. She really took the time to address my skin care goals and how to achieve them. The process of the IPL facial was painless, quick and easy. Still, Annie was super patient with me while explaining the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. Also-- after just 48 hours of having my IPL facial I am already noticing a huge difference in my overall complexion. My main concerns were enlarged pores and dullness. Look no further for your injectables - you've found the place! I've been seeing Erika for my Botox for almost two years now. I'd had Botox before and it was fine at best, but I was blown away by the immense knowledge and attention to detail that Erika provided when I started as a patient of hers. She has trained injectors all over the world and is an expert at her craft - dive into her social media, and her knowledge will blow you away. I'm not an easy patient - I have a large forehead and strong muscles, and Erika knows exactly where to inject the Botox to combat those issues. She produces a beautiful, natural look, and is honest and ethical with her recommendations and work. The office is clean and quite lovely, and they do an excellent job with COVID precautions. It's easy to get to and park, and appointments are prompt. All of the other injectors are highly skilled and I would feel comfortable seeing any of them. Practitioner indicated that kybella for jawline was not an option unless I also had cheek filler in the upper face. While I understand that the combination may be "better" in Kelly's opinion, there was no prior indication that I was REQUIRED to have filler in my upper face in order to have kybella in lower face. Kelly also said that kybella might cause loose skin (which would mean I don't want it), but still seemed to be willing to do it as long as I had cheek filler in my upper face. What the hell? So when cheek filler fades I'll have turkey neck? I can't believe this was recommended. Plus they sent multiple texts and emails reminding me I'd get a fine if I was late or a no-show, and she was 15 minutes late with no apology. Really really bad. Don't go here. read more

However, in the hopes of providing some stress relief to anyone that relies on reviews, I must. I've struggled with acne for for 20+ years and now that I'm in my 30s, also have wrinkles--hurrah! I started seeing Kelly for Botox a few months ago and have been blown away by the results and how amazing I feel. Kelly is soo good at what she does and also kind to boot--plus the 2 weeks post check-in/touch-up is sooo nice. Once that felt under control, I began seeing Ally for facials in an attempt to address my skin clarity and texture. And DAMN, does she know what she's doing. I've never been a regular facial-goer, but this is a GAME-CHANGER. At our first facial, Ally walked me through each step of the facial and we slowly reviewed my skincare routine. I quickly learned that I was pretty much doing everything wrong and she took the time to talk me through each of step of my new routine, create a cheat-sheet so that I wouldn't forget, and recommended high and low products that fit my budget but would also, well, WORK. I was a long time follower of Moksha and some of their injectors on Instagram and finally made an appointment for a Botox facial. It was a great experience and Anne was really sweet, attentive, and kind. She made me feel comfortable and I really appreciated that. I had never had micro needling done before, but I'm so excited to see my results. After I got home, my fiancé immediately complimented how my face looks good and it had only been an hour!! The recovery has been so much easier than I expected. The redness went away within an hour or two and very minimal swelling!! I almost feel like I didn't get a facial. This particular review is specifically for Erika, this woman is an absolute gem! I started my Botox and facial filler journey about 5 years ago with her when sun damage and lack of sunscreen in my teenage years and early twenties began to catch up with me. I started with Erika at another local medical spa and was initially nervous about putting anything in my face. She was friendly and kind and used a mirror to walk me through the different areas where she could use product. Not once did she try to over/up sell me on product or push for more than I needed.
