These folks live up to their name. They came out within a few days of my call and set a few traps. Came back less than a week later and they had trapped 2 moles. I like that they don't use any poisons and their traps are safe for pets. I also like that they will stand behind their work and come out again if the problem comes back. As I am getting my yard beautified for the summer and fall seasons, I noticed a couple of growing mounds of dirt. Oh my, moles! Mike with mole masters was fantastic. Very responsive, nice and knowledgeable. He came to our house the day after I called and set 7 traps in the front and back yards. He checks them frequently and leaves a door hanger informing you of how many moles have been caught (if any) and how many total moles he has caught since day one. We had been struggling with these moles for about five years and decided not to fight it this summer. My patience had ended. He caught two moles and we have had no trouble since.
