He went under the house, found evidence of a new rodent incursion and then covered the whole property to mend the holes in mesh that covered crawlspace vents, set traps and then came to explain what was going on under my floors. We then walked the house perimeter to show where the critters likely got in there during the recent snowstorm. I'm confident in the accuracy of his assessment. Be warned, this company sets up the traps on the yard.. Which leads to me believe, their goal is to catch any animal living near by on your property. .. to maximize their revenue potential. They charge based on the total number of trips made returned to remove the trapped animals. So their revenue potential is endless if you live in an area with lot of animals. Plus they only use 3 traps. They could easily use 5 or 6 traps since their traps aren't that big and heavy since they are plastic. But since the revenue potential is in removing the trapped animals, they only use 3 to be able to make more return trips .

The technician, Steve, called when he was on his way and he showed up on time. He was patient with me explaining the raccoon issues we were having.
